Whilst this meditation is designed for those suffering with long Covid or CFS/ME, the deep cellular rest that is here is beneficial for anyone who is anywhere from tired to exhausted! This was a special request from a listener and so I really hope that it provides the deep restorative and healing that you desire. Sometimes we need to create an inner shift and in this meditation I give you a super simple technique to create inner change. In today's meditation we are embracing Radical Acceptance. The term comes out of dialectical behaviour therapy(DBT), but the roots go much deeper into mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, and even Stoicism. It’s about the deep (and often uncomfortable) truth that pain is part of life, but suffering is what happens when we resist that pain.

Radical acceptance says: This is happening. This has happened. I don’t have to like it, but I can stop turning away from it.

It may not be easy but it certainly makes life easier.
