Getting healthy from the inside out is something that Debbie always advocates for.
Our guest today is Dr. Kendra Becker, an integrated physician practicing for over ten years who believes in the same mission. She specializes in the 4 Ps: asthma, autism, allergies, and atopy. She is here to talk about mitochondrial dysfunction and how to improve the aging process while continuing to train and race.
We learn tips for how to avoid damaging ourselves at a cellular level while training, as well as what foods to eat to aid in the recovery and repairing process. Kendra says that food can either be your medicine or your poison.
