So it is completely normal to feel a little stressed out and anxious. There's a lot of shitty shit that's happening that is out of our control, but what we can control is looking at how gangster we are, what we accomplish, and focus on what is in the present, right?

Here's a tip: We can start to tell ourselves a hero story instead of that victim story simply by being present on what is, not living in the vulnerability of the unknown being a victim of circumstance.

I talk a lot about the expectations set forth by society and the picture perfect happy ending. What always gets missed is what happens after the drive off into the sunset?
