"Whatever the majority of people is doing, under any given circumstances, if you do the exact opposite, you will probably never make another mistake as long as you live."
Sagely words. And every bit as accurate for your strength training as for your business, relationships, and life as a whole.
To make progress, look at what others are doing & then do the opposite.
One of the biggest mental shifts you should make in your fitness journey is taking a step away from "beast mode" (i.e. all hard workouts all the time) to "least mode".
