Before I unfold my 100th podcast, I bring you a special wrap-up of three of the best IT Experts Podcast Episodes over the last six months.
Perhaps you might be thinking why is it 99.5 that comes before a hundredth? However, as always, I want to make sure that our listening community gets the best bang for your earbuds!
With that, Stuart and I are happy to announce that our 100th is going live in our Facebook Group – Scale With Confidence a specific Facebook group for IT and MSP business owners who want to scale and grow to a million, and if you are already a million, get to five faster.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity, join in now and ask us your mind-boggling questions!
In this special episode, one thing is certain, I cannot reach it this far if not with the help of the people I have massive respect for, and great friends Richard Tubb, Ben Spector, and Paul Green.
As we go through this episode, we reflect on their best insights into the field they are in and the topics that are worth taking notes on and acting on.
Kicking off this energy-filled episode, I am with the legend, Richard Tubb in Episode 86, recalling how he started his business journey. Definitely an inspiring discussion on how he became a successful author, speaker, and writer in the MSP industry after he sold his MSP business. A part where you will know what it takes to have a Mindset Magic that will help you harness your ambition.
I bet you should not miss how we talked about something uncomfortable for most MSP owners but it will absolutely help in becoming a better one. Certainly, this episode should be on top of your priorities when you want to grow, be better and get that right business mindset.
In the next section of the model, Amplifying your capacity, we cover your Vision, strength, processes, and systems, and in Episode 89 the great Ben Spector is one of my favorites.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is at times underrated, but in this discussion, Ben highlighted his career experiences from being both an employer and an employee. At the center of it is a total recall of how systems and processes interact as we give you these value-laden discussions. How ‘Process Paralysis’ takes place and what to do in order to manage it.
Surely, an inspiring episode on how not to worry about the hustle and bustle of MSP SOPs, systems, and implementations as Ben and I got you.
Down to the third best-picked, I am with an amazing friend and MSP Marketing Expert, Paul Green. In his seven-year MSP journey, he helped us understand MSP marketing trends in 2022. Episode 78 allows us to realize the importance of maximizing capacity, center customers, and how difficult it is to get MSPs into marketing.
You should not miss how Paul talked about Marketing Tactics and Strategies in order to actualize ‘No leads to Lead Flow’ in your MSP business.
Unlike most wrap-ups, this is not the end of an era but only the beginning of a new and better one – the thing we always work on. I hope these three are in your favorites too! Then one thing, never miss out and keep an ear on our 100th Episode.
I hope you enjoyed not just these top three favourite lists but every episode we give out as the whole IT Experts team enjoyed creating every single thing of it.
