  1. Number 1: Ep 525: Throwback To Ep242: You Already Know The Secret

Have you ever noticed that when you cut your finger, you probably put a band-aid on it, and then you don’t think twice about it? Have you noticed that you don’t focus on healing your finger? You’re not doing self hypnosis healing, acupuncture, yoga, etc. to heal your finger. Even if it’s a bad cut that does not require stitches, you simply wrap it up, go about your tasks and forget about it. The whole point of this episode is shockingly simple and powerful, and honestly, it’s the key to all manifestation. Yes, health, a cut finger, overall wellness, money, relationships…everything. The reason you don’t focus or worry about your finger healing is because, are you ready? It’s because you already know it’s going to heal. And that is the key…the concept of ALREADY. I stumbled onto this realization by accidental observation in 2020. I had a stroke and heart failure in 2020 and today I am completely healthy and well. In this episode I talk about how a few things. I talk about where we keep our attention, what we create when we work from “need” and the power of already knowing that we can create whatever we want in life. That is a tremendous power we all have, no matter what the circumstances of your life are at the moment. When we work from needing and creating and in particular, when we place high value on what we want, even great health, we often create resistance to getting it. Why do we create resistance? Because the bigger it is the harder it seems and that is challenging for a lot of people. Transformational Takeaway How would you think, how would you feel, what would you do if you ALREADY had _____? 2. Number 2: Ep 526: The Life and Health Paradox

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim Fortin unpacks what he calls “the life paradox,” the trap so many people fall into when they try to fix problems in their lives, such as physical conditions, lack of money, or a broken relationship. Jim uses his own 2020 health crisis, a near-fatal heart failure and stroke, as an example. With the wisdom gained from his shaman Don Javier and renowned author Anita Moorjani, he explains how personal struggle can reinforce the very brokenness you’re trying to escape. He also breaks down the frequency of perpetuating deficiency. Jim notes that desperately trying to fix the body, finances, or a relationship actually keeps people stuck in a loop. His solution for listeners is a practical three-step shift and simple technique he calls the three-minute circuit breaker. When paired, he says they will help you step out of that identity and into genuine healing. This episode is a must-listen for anyone caught in the cycle of striving, whether it's around health, money, or love, and ready to understand why letting go is often the real path forward. What You'll Discover in This Episode: (00:15) Jim introduces the life and health paradox, the idea that trying to fix the body only reinforces the belief that it's broken. (02:47) The game-changing quote from Jim's friend AJ explaining the principle that to need nothing is to have everything. (07:43) Why, as a culture, we are obsessed with fixing everything (08:57) Why desperately trying to heal, attract money, or fix a relationship actually projects lack into consciousness and keeps people stuck. (21:31) Anita Moorjani's insight that true healing means stepping completely outside the identity of the one who needs to be healed. (27:18) Jim's three-step shift: separating sensation from story, releasing the need to check for progress, and treating discomfort as background noise. (33:42) Jim’s three-minute circuit breaker: a simple practice for interrupting the fear loop and resting in stillness Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Healing rarely comes from fighting harder. It comes from stepping out of the identity of being broken. After Jim's stroke, he didn't force anything. Instead, he trusted the process and sat in silence. His story is a perfect example of how peace often arrives when we stop chasing it. We all experience moments of fear. But forcing change isn't always the answer. As Jim notes, a simple pause and reset can do wonders. You may find that what you were struggling to fix simply needs room to heal itself. 3. Number 3: Ep 524: Being At The Mercy of the Universe

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim explores what it means to live in what he calls "a universe of no mercy," a concept he first heard years ago from a mentor. He explains that the universe doesn't test people, it reflects them, mirroring back whatever is held in consciousness. Using a real conversation with a longtime friend whose health is declining, Jim illustrates how identifying with a circumstance, whether it's poor health, financial lack, or a struggling relationship, is what causes people to keep experiencing it. Jim breaks down why the instinct to "fix" anything, be it the body, the bank account, or a relationship, actually reinforces the belief that something is broken, creating a paradox where trying harder only digs the hole deeper. He introduces the alternative: retreating into soul consciousness and letting go of the fight altogether, using the simple example of how a cut finger heals without effort once it's left alone. Listeners are invited to notice where they've been fighting their circumstances and to consider what might shift by no longer trying to fix them. What You'll Discover in This Episode: (00:00) A universe of no mercy — Jim introduces the idea that the universe isn’t a brutal space that tests us. Instead, it reflects the frequency of our consciousness back to us. (03:30) The identity trap — Jim shares a real conversation with a longtime friend whose text, "my body is breaking down," reveals how circumstances often become your identity. Jim explains how attempting to fix perceived circumstances keeps you in a loop. (12:00) The paradox of fixing — Jim explains why trying to fix any area of life secretly projects brokenness into the universe, using the metaphor of bailing water instead of patching the hole in the boat. (14:00) The manifestation trap — Jim unpacks why even conscious manifestation efforts can backfire when the personal development industry is broken. (19:00) Getting outside the box — Jim describes the problem with manifestation and why true change requires stepping outside the brainwashing of the human ego identity rather than fighting from within it. (22:00) The way out — Jim closes with the idea that to need nothing is to have everything, and shares how healing happens when we stop trying to heal. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway The body, the bank account, and the relationship are not problems to be solved; they are containers reflecting the consciousness held within them. The moment something is declared broken, that very declaration becomes a signal sent into the universe, and the universe answers in kind. True change doesn't come from fighting harder or fixing faster. It comes from stepping back, releasing the identity of lack, and allowing the deeper wholeness that's already present to do what it naturally does. Sometimes the most powerful move isn't to fix anything at all, but to let go and let it heal itself. Mentioned Resources:Dying to Be Me by Anita Moorjani. 4. Number 4: Ep 522: How You Were Spiritually Mugged And How To Take Back Your Power

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim makes the bold claim that everyone has been "spiritually mugged" before the age of seven. He explains how cultural and systematic brainwashing strip away divine authority in exchange for a corrupted "data package". He adds that this inherited package, made up of inherited fears, beliefs, and limitations, quietly defines who people think they are and what they believe they're allowed to have, keeping most people trapped in a human identity they never actually chose. Using the classic story of fleas conditioned to stop jumping after repeatedly hitting a jar's lid, Jim illustrates how early conditioning can become invisible over time, and why even the personal development industry, his own included, can unintentionally reinforce the belief that something is broken and needs fixing. Instead, he offers a different path: stepping back from the human "character" into the role of observer, and letting infinite intelligence handle what the ego insists on controlling. Listeners are invited to recognize their own data package and begin exiting the human lie that has kept them small. What You'll Discover in This Episode: (00:01) Spiritual mugging — Jim introduces the idea that everyone's consciousness was ambushed in childhood, leaving them trapped in an identity they didn't choose. (03:45) The data package and the flea jar — Jim explains how inherited beliefs work like a corrupted file, using the famous flea experiment to show how conditioning becomes self-perpetuating. (10:58) Why personal development can backfire — Jim reveals how mindset hacks and affirmations can unintentionally confirm the belief that something is wrong with you. (13:14) Anita Moorjani's wisdom — Jim shares the insight that the easiest way to heal is to need no healing at all, and how the harder we work to fix something, the more we reinforce its presence. (19:36) Becoming the observer — Jim teaches how to step outside the human identity and its dramas rather than trying to repair a character that was never truly you. (23:57) Letting infinite intelligence run the show — Using the simple example of a healing cut, Jim shows why surrendering control, rather than forcing outcomes, is the way real transformation happens. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Every fear, limitation, and struggle carried into adulthood was handed down long before there was any ability to question it, a corrupted data package mistaken for identity. The way out isn't to work harder at fixing what feels broken. Real transformation begins the moment the human character relaxes, allowing the observer to step forward, and trusting infinite intelligence to do what the ego never could. The cut heals itself once left alone; so does everything else. 5. Number 5: Ep 530: Who Says It Has To Be This Way?

In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim challenges listeners to stop fighting their circumstances and instead question complacency. “Look at your life and pick something that you would like to change.” It’s a simple but heavy statement. Jim explains that it’s also the sole reason why we resist change. His argument hinges on the fact that most people’s thoughts and actions are misaligned, causing them to constantly “do more” to fix their problems. However, what it boils down to is a lack of awareness of consciousness. Life doesn’t have to look a certain way, and Jim uses the metaphor of two parallel train tracks to illustrate. One track represents all the work you have to do to reach your goal, while the other represents the person you have to be to do the work. The analysis reveals that being and doing are not the same thing. More importantly, it shows how our consciousness can quietly sabotage our efforts even when we're taking all the right actions. To drive the point home, Jim refers to the classic self-help book by James Allen and a personal story from his own mentor. He uses both to explain that there is power in learning to manage your mind over your behavior. Listen in to discover why your results depend less on what you do and more on who you're being while you do it. What You'll Discover in This Episode: (00:10) The opening question — Jim asks listeners to look at something they want to change. (04:10) Fighting our circumstances — Jim breaks down why fighting without understanding life's mechanisms and a lack of conscious awareness makes change difficult. (06:28) Be, do, have — Jim revisits this foundational framework, explaining why most people skip straight to doing without ever addressing the being. (08:24) The two train tracks — Jim introduces a metaphor of two parallel tracks, one for doing and one for being, that both lead to the same desired outcome. (13:41) When being sabotages doing — Jim explains how frustration, impatience, and resentment on the "being" track can quietly undo all the progress made on the "doing" track. (17:37) Mind is the master power — Jim references James Allen's As a Man Thinketh to make the case that consciousness, not activity, is what truly shapes results. (24:31) The mentor's wisdom — Jim shares a lesson from his mentor Barry: your doing is only ever as effective as the being doing the doing. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Most of us have learned to be excellent doers while ignoring who we are being while we do it. But activity alone cannot outrun a consciousness that is impatient or convinced something is always wrong. The moment you stop collapsing “being” and “doing” into one track, you can start managing your mind and your emotions with the same intention you bring to your to-do list. Your outer results have always been a reflection of your inner state, not the other way around. So the next time you catch yourself pushing harder without progress, pause and ask who says it has to be this way, then check which track you're actually running on.
