In the workplace, we need Analyzers. They help us stay the course, make sure things are done right and help raise the bar for quality. At the same time, if they aren’t careful, they can give off an unsavory vibe that says, “you’re not good enough yet,” and they don’t even know they’re doing it. Ethan, an Analyzer himself, shares some of his mishaps when interacting with other styles and discusses some of his growth opportunities as someone with this style.
