This week on the pod I have Gian & Josh in the studio - two lads from Melbourne who are out to make the statement that you can still have fun, without the booze.
This is the 3rd year in a row the boys have put themselves up to the challenge but what makes this even more admirable is that each year they choose a different charity to raise money for in the process.
This year they are supporting the Chumpy Pullin Foundation & In Pieces Together Foundation.

This chat has come at the perfect time as this week I have reached my own personal goal of 100 days without alcohol 🙌🏽
We chat about what we’ve noticed the most through this journey from mental health aspects, the physical aspect, & how it affects our social interactions.
But the overall consensus is that - IT HAS BEEN AMAZING. And I keep asking myself … will I ever drink again?
This is such a great chat & I’m hoping it makes you questions if perhaps maybe you have been using alcohol as a crutch in certain situations or if you feel as though you’re unable to be ‘yourself’ without it?
I hope you enjoy!
