  • 3 Truths that Will Change How You Navigate Breakup & Divorce

What if your breakup or divorce isn't a failure, but an opportunity to rediscover who you truly are?

We've been conditioned to believe that love should last forever and that the end of a relationship means something went wrong. But what if every relationship serves a purpose, regardless of how long it lasts?

In this solo episode, I explore how outdated beliefs about love, childhood patterns and the stories we tell ourselves can make heartbreak even more painful. When we stay attached to blame, resentment and other people's expectations, we lose sight of the opportunity for growth.

I'll share three truths that can help you navigate breakup and divorce differently, release the stories keeping you stuck and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. This ending doesn't have to define you. It can become the beginning of a more empowered, authentic chapter of your life.

    In This Episode We Explore:
    • How fairy-tale conditioning shapes our expectations of love
    • Why a relationship ending doesn't mean it failed
    • The connection between childhood patterns and relationship struggles
    • How blame and resentment keep heartbreak alive
    • Why taking ownership of your patterns changes your experience
    • The influence your response to divorce can have on your children
    • Why other people's opinions shouldn't determine your next steps
    • What becomes possible when you stop filling the emptiness and turn inward

3 Truths That Will Change How You Navigate Breakup & Divorce
    1. Stop Feeding the Story - Release blame and resentment, and allow yourself to feel what's underneath the pain.
    2. Other People's Opinions Are Not Your Truth - Let go of outside expectations and trust your own inner wisdom.
    3. Go Into the Void Rather Than Fill It - Instead of escaping the emptiness, use it to reconnect with yourself and grow.

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice when you're feeding the story of your breakup or letting others influence how you feel.

Rather than seeking reassurance or distraction, allow yourself to feel your emotions and turn inward.

Ask yourself: What is this experience teaching me about who I truly am?

Your relationship may be ending, but a new chapter of self-love and possibility is beginning.

  • 3 Keys To Overcome Resentment Towards Your Ex

What if holding onto resentment toward your ex is keeping you connected to the very relationship you’re trying to move beyond?

In this solo episode, I explore three keys to overcoming resentment and why releasing it doesn’t mean denying what happened, excusing someone else’s behavior or pretending you weren’t deeply hurt.

Resentment can feel powerful because it allows us to hold onto the story of who was right, who was wrong and how things should have happened differently. But every time you feed that story, you continue carrying the pain forward with you.

Moving beyond resentment requires something different. It asks you to recognize what holding onto the story is costing you, take ownership of your part in the relationship and give yourself permission to actually feel what’s underneath the anger. From there, you can begin to see what the experience revealed about your patterns, your inner compass and the woman you are becoming.

This isn’t about blaming yourself for what happened. It’s about reclaiming the power to decide what you carry forward and becoming available for the love, freedom and relationships you truly desire.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • Why resentment can keep you emotionally connected to your ex long after the relationship ends
    • How repeatedly talking about what your ex did can keep the story and pain alive
    • The relationship between resentment, blame and the need to be right
    • How unresolved pain from earlier experiences can influence the partners and relationship dynamics you choose
    • Why taking ownership of your patterns is different from blaming yourself
    • How listening to your body and inner compass can change the way you navigate relationships
    • What resentment can cost you when you’re trying to trust and receive love again
    • How healing your side of the dynamic can change the way you relate to an ex, especially when you’re co-parenting

    Your Practice for This Week:

Pay attention to how often you feed the story about your ex.

Notice the conversations where you revisit what happened, what they did wrong or why you were justified in feeling the way you do.

When the story arises, give yourself permission to move underneath it and feel what is actually there. Let yourself experience the anger, grief, betrayal or heartbreak without needing your ex to resolve it for you.

Then ask yourself: What was my part in this dynamic? What patterns was I living from? Where did I ignore my own inner knowing? And when you are truly ready, ask one more question: What did this experience give me the opportunity to learn about myself?

You cannot change what happened, but you can change what you carry forward.

  • The Truth About Boundaries - And What You Need to Know to Transform Your Relationships

What if the boundaries you’ve been taught to set are actually keeping you focused on other people instead of rooted in your own truth?

In this solo episode, I explore a different perspective on boundaries, relationships and what it means to live from sovereignty.

We’re often taught that strong boundaries are essential for protecting ourselves, especially when someone else’s behavior feels hurtful, triggering or out of alignment with what we want. But when boundaries become walls, blame or an attempt to control how another person behaves, they can keep us locked into the very dynamics we’re trying to escape.

This conversation is an invitation to shift your attention away from who is wrong and come back to your own inner compass. I explore what changes when you take responsibility for your part in a relational dynamic, listen to what your body is telling you and learn to communicate your truth with clarity, love and conviction.

Because you don’t need to fight for your truth. You need to know it, trust it and be willing to live it.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • Why boundaries can sometimes become another form of protection
    • The difference between building walls and standing in your sovereignty
    • How blame and righteousness can keep you stuck in painful relationship patterns
    • Why the people who trigger you may reveal something important about your own patterns
    • What changes when you stop trying to control other people’s behavior
    • How to recognize your part in a difficult relational dynamic
    • Why your truth becomes more powerful when it is free from blame, proving and justification
    • How to communicate a clear no while remaining rooted in love
    • What can happen in your relationships when you change the way you participate in the dynamic

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice where you’re focused on someone else’s behavior and asking them to change so that you can feel better, safer or more at peace.

Before deciding what they need to do differently, turn your attention inward.

Ask yourself: What is this situation showing me? What is my part in this dynamic? Where have I abandoned my own truth, ignored my inner knowing or given my power away?

Give the hurt, angry or protective part of you space to be heard without asking another person to resolve it for you. Then come back to the deeper question: What is my unwavering truth?

From there, practice communicating it simply, clearly and lovingly.

  • When You Feel Lonely In Your Relationship, But Are Afraid To Leave And Be Alone

What if the loneliness you feel is not about your relationship status, but about how disconnected you have become from yourself?

In this solo episode, I explore why women can feel profoundly lonely whether they are married, partnered or single. We often believe another person will rescue us from loneliness, yet even the most loving relationship cannot create the connection we are unwilling or unable to build within ourselves.

I share how conditioning, fear and the voice of your saboteur can keep you trapped in your mind and disconnected from your body, intuition and soul. I also explore the importance of community, the isolation created by modern Western life and why being alone is not the same as feeling alone.

This conversation is an invitation to stop asking whether you should stay or go long enough to come home to yourself. When you reconnect with your own truth, you become better able to recognize whether your relationship can rise with you or whether it has reached its natural completion.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • Why loneliness can exist inside even a loving relationship
    • The difference between being alone and feeling alone
    • How disconnection from your soul creates an internal ache
    • Why another person cannot make you feel truly connected
    • How your saboteur keeps you trapped in fear and familiar patterns
    • The role community, nature and meaningful connection play in well-being
    • Why you must reconnect with yourself before deciding whether to stay or leave
    • How following your inner compass builds self-trust and sovereignty

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice when loneliness appears and resist the urge to immediately make it mean something about your relationship status.

Instead, become curious about where you may have abandoned yourself.

Are you ignoring something that lights you up? Are you allowing fear, obligation or other people’s expectations to make your choices? Are you waiting for someone else to give you the connection, adventure or permission you deeply desire?

Choose one small action that brings you back into your body and your life. Spend time in nature, connect with someone in your community, take a class, move your body or follow a curiosity simply because it feels true.

You do not need to make an immediate decision about your relationship. Come home to yourself first. From there, your next step will become clearer.

  • What Your Astrology Reveals About Love, Purpose and Who You Really Are With Amrit Sandhu

What if your astrology could help you understand not only who you are, but how you love, what you’re here to do and where you may be living out of alignment?

In this episode, I sit down with astrologer, purpose coach and Inspired Evolution podcast host Amrit Sandhu for a deep conversation about astrology, relationships, purpose and the blueprint of your soul.

We explore how astrology can help you understand both your gifts and your shadows without constantly trying to fix yourself. Amrit also shares how his own journey through depression, meditation, career misalignment and a powerful Saturn return ultimately led him toward his purpose and the creation of Inspired Evolution.

We also dive into relationships and how understanding your own chart, your partner’s chart and the relationship itself can create more compassion, acceptance and freedom to be who you truly are.

This conversation is an invitation to stop measuring yourself against who you think you should be and become more curious about the soul that has been there all along.

    • What astrology can reveal about who you really are

  • The Truth About Self Love

What if self-love isn’t something you need to learn, but something you need to remember?

In this solo episode, I explore why so many women struggle to love themselves, even after years of affirmations, healing work and personal development.

We’re taught from an early age that love has to be earned by being good, performing, achieving, looking a certain way or being chosen. Over time, that conditioning can disconnect you from the truth of who you are and leave you searching outside yourself for love, worthiness and enoughness.

This conversation is about coming back home to yourself, learning to recognize when your saboteur is leading, and building a relationship with the inner compass that already knows the way.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • Why self-love can feel so difficult
    • How we learn to associate love with performance
    • The difference between seeking love and living from love
    • Why external validation is never enough
    • How honoring your yeses and noes builds self-trust
    • What it means to become a loving observer of yourself
    • How your inner compass brings you back home

    Your Practice for This Week:

Become curious about what part of you is making your choices.

When you notice yourself judging, punishing, comparing or abandoning yourself, pause instead of adding another layer of criticism.

  • How to Know What You Truly Desire

What if some of the things you’re chasing aren’t actually what you desire?

In this solo episode, I explore how to tell the difference between desires that come from your truth and the ones shaped by conditioning, comparison and the life you think you’re supposed to want.

So many of us follow timelines, milestones and external expectations while believing the voice in our head is who we are. But your deepest desires aren’t found in your thoughts. They’re felt through your body.

This conversation is an invitation to stop looking outside yourself for answers and start paying attention to what feels resonant, pleasurable and true.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • How to recognize conditioned desire versus true desire

    • Why presence strengthens your internal compass
    • What happens when you stop trying to plan your entire life

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice where the word “should” is showing up in your life.

Instead of asking what your future is supposed to look like, pay attention to what feels good, expansive and resonant right now.

Notice what lights you up. Notice what creates discord. Create more space to breathe, move, meditate and simply be.

You don’t need to know the whole path. Start by following what feels like a true yes.

  • How To Manifest A Life That Feels As Good As It Looks with Leah Brathwaite

What if the life you’ve been trying so hard to manifest isn’t actually the life your soul wants for you?

Kate welcomes soul advisor and manifestation teacher Leah Brathwaite back to The New Truth for a conversation about creating a life that feels as good as it looks.

Together, they explore the difference between manifesting from fear, conditioning and control versus allowing your soul and intuition to lead. Leah shares how building the picture-perfect life ultimately left her disconnected from herself, and what changed when she stopped forcing outcomes and began trusting what felt true.

They also unpack surrender, detachment and why embodying the feelings behind your desires may be more powerful than chasing the external result.

This conversation is an invitation to release the script, trust yourself more deeply and leave room for life to surprise you.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • Manifesting from your survival self versus your soul
    • Why getting what you want may still leave you unfulfilled
    • How to recognize the way your intuition speaks to you
    • The connection between control, attachment and lack
    • Why the feelings beneath your desires matter
    • Becoming an energetic match for what you want
    • Letting go of old identities as you expand
    • Allowing life to unfold beyond what you planned

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice where you’re trying to force or control an outcome.

Ask yourself what you believe having it will allow you to feel, then find one way to embody more of that feeling now.

Pay attention to the quiet yeses, noes and nudges that follow. Choose one and trust yourself enough to act on it.

    About the Guest:

Leah Brathwaite Cooper is a bestselling author, soul advisor, spiritual teacher, and the founder of the Free Soul Collective. Her work helps ambitious women reconnect with who they truly are, manifest what they deeply desire, and create lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

Blending spirituality, manifestation, identity work, and grounded self-leadership, Leah teaches a different approach to creating a beautiful life—one rooted in alignment rather than achievement, and in becoming more of who you already are rather than constantly trying to become someone better.

She is the author of A New Way of Life: A Guide for Transformation From Living a Lie to Freeing Your Soul and host of the Live Free Lifestyle Podcast. Leah lives in Malibu, California with her husband and believes that true freedom begins when you stop living the life you think you should want and give yourself permission to create the one you actually do.

  • The Illusion Of Control: Why You Feel Stuck In Your Life

What if the reason you feel stuck isn't because you don't know what to do next, but because you're trying too hard to control where your life is supposed to go?

In this solo episode, I explore how control, conditioning and rigid expectations can disconnect you from your intuition, your body and the life that's actually happening right now. So much of what we think we want comes from timelines, programming and ideas about what life is supposed to look like.

When you're constantly planning the future, analyzing the past or trying to force a specific outcome, there's very little room for presence, trust or possibility.

This conversation is an invitation to loosen your grip, question the script you've been following and come back to what feels true for you. The more you create space to listen to yourself, the more available you become for the people, opportunities and experiences you could never have planned.

    In This Episode We Explore:
    • Why control is often rooted in fear
    • How conditioning shapes what you believe you should want
    • The difference between control and true intuition
    • Why living in the future can keep you feeling stuck
    • How your environment and what you consume affect your inner world
    • Why presence, pleasure and spontaneity matter
    • What can happen when you stop trying to plan every step

    Your Practice for This Week:

Notice where you're trying to control your life or follow a timeline that no longer feels true.

Create more space. Spend time without distraction. Follow a spark of curiosity. Make one spontaneous choice simply because it feels good.

Take your attention off everyone else's experience of you and bring it back to your own.

Burn the script. Let life surprise you.

  • Money Series with Marla Mattenson Part 3: How To Truly Live A Wealthy Abundant Life

What if a truly wealthy life has far less to do with how much money you have and far more to do with how you experience your life?

Kate welcomes Marla Mattenson back for the third and final part of their Money Series to explore what it actually means to live a wealthy, abundant life. They move beyond the numbers in your bank account and into the thoughts, relationships, self-worth, presence, pleasure and connection that shape how abundant your life actually feels.

Marla explores how complaining, judgment and comparison can reveal the places where fear and old conditioning are still running the show. Rather than trying to suppress negative thoughts, she shares how to capture them, look for the patterns underneath them and discover the desires they may be pointing you toward.

They also unpack the power of presence, why comparison is most useful when it becomes inspiration, and how our relationships and conversations can dramatically expand what we believe is possible for our lives.

Ultimately, wealth becomes something much bigger than money. It is the capacity to feel worthy of the life you are creating, deeply connected to yourself and others, open to possibility and willing to keep dreaming beyond the limits of who you have been.

    In This Episode We Explore:

    • How complaining and negative thoughts can reveal hidden scarcity patterns
    • Turning comparison into inspiration instead of self-judgment
    • The connection between presence, self-worth and abundance
    • Expanding your definition of wealth beyond money
    • Creating a bigger vision for the life you truly want

    Your Practice for This Week:

Take yourself on a date with the version of you already living your most fulfilled and abundant life. Imagine how she lives, feels, spends her time and relates to money, then choose one to three small steps you can take toward that vision now.
