Do you find that, unless you have someone to keep you accountable, you push off your deadlines until the last possible moment, work like crazy to get everything done and then burnout? It's a vicious cycle that most perfectionists find themselves trapped in, but it doesn't have to be that way.
Jennifer (@jennifer_link on Instagram) submitted a request to get coached on one of our recent productivity coaching calls inside Perfectionists Getting Shit Done because was frustrated that she kept procrastinating on her work, cramming and then burning out - despite promising herself not to keep doing that. Jennifer wanted to learn how to meet deadlines without cramming and burning out. So we discussed that and so much more.
Thank you Jennifer for giving me permission to share this call on the podcast, I appreciate you!

Growing pains suck. We've all had them in some shape or form and personal development is no different.
In today's episode, I'm reflecting on the month of October in my business and personal life. I'm sharing how I was able to get quality rest while away from my business as well as how I was able to become fully productive and work without distractions.
I also talk about the limiting beliefs I had to let go of in order to reach more people who need my help and how you can take all of these tips and apply them to your personal development journey too.

One of the biggest things that held me back from going full-time in my coaching business had nothing to do with lack of motivation, lack of time or fear of not having enough money...
What kept me stuck was that if I can't do coaching well, it's better not to do it at all. And it wasn't until I shifted this belief, and allowed myself to be a less-than-perfect coach, that I started showing up in my business and having a positive impact on people's lives.
Tune in to learn why the common mantra 'do it well or don't do it at all' is hurting your coaching business and exactly what to do about it.

Despite their best efforts, perfectionists fall into the habit of wanting to control what they can to create more certainty around them. They believe that if they can just take care of things, then they'll be done right. And that if things go wrong, they'll be there to create a remedy. I like to call this 'meddling' and it definitely got the best of me last quarter in my business! In today's episode, I'm here to share how creating a mantra not only helped me get out of my own way but also helped me get back into a growth mindset. This allowed me to welcome abundance into my life and business all while having the courage to do scary things I was putting off.

Perfectionists love lengthy to-do lists. The only problem is that these lengthy to-do lists make them feel so overwhelmed that they end up doing nothing at all (hello all-or-nothing mindset).
That's where the no-to-do list comes in. And this episode, I'm sharing what a not-to-do list is, why you need one and how to create your own. I'm also sharing my not-to-do lists over the last six months and how we've used them to grow and scale our business.

Perfectionists tend to be indecisive - we don't want to make the 'wrong' decision, mess things up or let ourselves (or anyone else!) down. But being indecisive comes at a huge cost - wasted time, wasted effort and indecision fatigue. Especially when we end up making the same decision we would have made from day one.
In this episode, I'm sharing a simple and practical way to make a tough decision. In less than 10 seconds, you'll have your answer on what option you need to choose. Tune in to find out what it is.
