  • Ep 205: This Common Mistake Is Stopping You From Going Full-Time In Your Business

One of the biggest mistakes perfectionists make when trying to go full-time in their business is not figuring out *exactly* how much money they need to make before they can leave their job. And I should know, because I made this mistake 3 times on my journey of going full-time!

If you want to go full-time in your business and you believe that you simply need to replace your income, have a $10,000 month, make $100,000 or do a big launch then this episode is for you.

    In This Episode You'll Learn:

    • The mistake that stopped me from going full-time in my business sooner
    • How to calculate how much money your business needs to make to support you full-time
    • Why your business needs to make more than what you want to get paid
    • Why I didn't go full-time in my business until it made $150,000

  • Ep 203: Anti-Racism, Perfectionism + Shame

Following George Floyd's tragic death and the long overdue worldwide conversation around racial injustice, I've spent a lot of time learning about systemic racism, white privilege and how to be anti-racist. And I'm ashamed to say that I didn't know more, and hadn't been doing more, about this issue sooner - that alone is proof of how much white privilege I have.

Becoming anti-racist is important work that I'll be doing for a long time and I still have SO MUCH to learn, but I recorded this podcast episode on how anti-racism, perfectionism and shame - based on what I'm learning as a student of this work - as my experience over the last few weeks has shown me how shame and perfectionism can stop us from doing this work when it's not addressed.

Even though I feel like I have jumbled my words in this podcast episode I don't care - I've been silent on this issue for too long and that is part of the problem. Black Lives Matter.
