One thing that I've really learned this year is that being more effective with my time can be surprisingly uncomfortable. The void that's left when we stop filling our time with unimportant tasks can be a big one, so I wanted to talk about it in this episode and share some advice on how to be more effective with your time AND handle the after effects. I hope you find it helpful!

Many of us start the new year filled with optimism and excitement, only for disappointment to follow shortly. If you want next year to be different to this year, make sure you tune into this episode to find out the most common mistakes perfectionists make when it comes to creating new year's goals.
Mentioned In The Episode
A lot of perfectionists leave things until the last minute and while it's a habit that helped us succeed during school, most of the important stuff in life doesn't have a deadline. Which means that if we can't learn how to do things at the first minute, rather than the last, most of it never gets done!
In this episode, I'm diving into the REAL reasons we put things off (hint: it's not due to being lazy or disorganised) and how to get yourself out of that habit - even if you've been doing it your entire life. I hope you find it helpful!

If there's one thing I've learned about this year, it's the power of goal-setting. Working towards my impossible goal for 2018 (to make $500,000 in revenue in my business) has taught me SO much about what to do, and what not to do when it comes to creating an incredible life. And I've distilled the best of what I've learned into 12 practical tips to help you set powerful goals. I hope you find it helpful!

I've been a lover of fake tan since I first discovered it as a teenager, but it wasn't until 2017 that I realised that my reliance on fake tan for self-confidence was taking it's toll. In that moment, I decided I wouldn't use fake tan again until I could get myself to a place where I loved my natural skin too - so that's what I did!
What I share in this episode isn't really about fake tan, it's about what happens when we stop superficially propping up our self-confidence - which is something we do in SO many ways. Join me as I share 5 surprising lessons learned from my year long experiment without fake tan.

When it comes to personal development, there are so many incredible free and paid resources out there than can help. Whether it's an inspiring podcast, working 1:1 with a coach, doing an online course, being involved in a Facebook community, reading personal development books, watching YouTube videos - the opportunities are endless!
And while having so many options is amazing, it can be completely overwhelming. Plus we're often left with the question of whether we should pay for help or if it's just as good to figure it out for free. So in this podcast episode, I'm going to share how to kickstart your personal development journey without spending any money. I hope you find it helpful!
Mentioned In The Episode:
There are SO many intelligent women in the world who don't have healthy habits, not because they can't and not because they don't want to - but because they're constantly stopped by beliefs they don't even realise they have.
In this episode, I go beyond the typical advice you hear about habits (get an accountability buddy, buy a cute workout outfit, follow inspiring Instagram accounts etc etc) and dive into 5 REAL reasons your new habits don't stick. We're talking mindset, beliefs and practical strategies to set yourself up for an amazing new year. I hope you find it helpful!

When it comes to my personal development journey, I usually feel like I'm moving backwards. But sometimes, you have a month where everything just seems to click into place - and this was one of those months for me!

The way we think about money has a huge impact on what we do with money and yet so many of us leave this area of life to run on autopilot. The better you are with money, the more time you can spend focusing on the things that truly matter.
In this episode, I'm sharing a whole heap of practical tools and beliefs that have empowered me to create a whole new reality around money. It all starts in our heads and I'm going to show you how to start telling a money story that serves you. I hope you find it helpful!

I received an email from Melissa asking for me advice on what to do if you're having a bad week or you just can't find motivation. She said she was on week 3 of her running plan, she hadn't gone for a run all week and she was feeling extremely guilty and sorry for herself.
I've definitely found myself in the same situation many times before so I thought I'd record this episode to share my advice on how to pick yourself back up and get yourself on track when you're having a bad day or week. I hope you find it helpful!
