Send us Fan Mail We are excited to bring you this episode with Jason Christoff, a mind control researcher. You may be thinking, "what does mind control have to do with health?", or "I'm definitely not under mind control!". Well, we invite you to listen to this extremely important episode, and then let us know if your opinions have changed! Mind control leads us to unwittingly self-sabotage, and Jason is an expert in teaching how to recognize and mitigate the negative impact of this on our health. Jason has studied mind control for many years, and he has spoken on mind control to the US Senate as well as to the European, Japanese and Romanian Parliaments. Jason also wrote and directed a free and excellent documentary, Planet Mind Control, that clearly shows how the ruling group weaponizes mind control against the general public constantly. You can watch Jason's documentary for free at www.planetmindcontrol.com (we dare you!). What if some of the choices you make every day—what you eat, what you believe, what you consume, and even how you respond to fear—aren’t entirely your own? Jason was a former fitness club owner and health educator who became deeply interested in the ways media, repetition, group dynamics, and subconscious programming can influence human behavior. He shares his personal journey of awakening to these ideas, beginning with questions about conventional nutrition guidelines and eventually leading him to study kinesiology, human behavior, and group dynamics. He explains how he began recognizing patterns in his own body and why he describes it as a kind of “walking lie detector”—responding differently when he encountered information he felt was true versus information that conflicted with his instincts. From food and health recommendations to movies, television, advertising, social expectations, and fear-based messaging, Jason challenges listeners to become more aware of what they are repeatedly exposing themselves to. In this episode, we explore:How repetitive information can influence the subconscious mindThe powerful role of group dynamics and tribal affiliation in shaping behaviorWhy stepping outside the “average” can sometimes create subconscious resistanceThe relationship between individuality, maturation, and painful life experiencesHow social pressure can influence our choices around food, alcohol, caffeine, and lifestyleThe potential physiological and spiritual effects of living in an environment filled with fear and negative messagingHow media can normalize behaviors and beliefs through repetitionWhat the COVID era revealed about fear, programming, and collective complianceJason’s perspective on conspiracy theories and why some people instinctively reject information that challenges their existing worldviewThe importance of becoming conscious of what we allow into our mental and physical environmentHow intentionally surrounding yourself with positive, uplifting, and repetitive content can help reinforce the life you want to createThe importance of individuation—learning to think, choose, and live independently of the pressure of the groupWhy awareness doesn't require perfection and why progress is the goalBecoming Conscious of Your EnvironmentOne of the biggest takeaways from this conversation is the importance of paying attention to what you repeatedly consume. Just as we think about the quality of the food we put into our bodies, Jason encourages listeners to consider the quality of the information, images, entertainment, conversations, and messages we repeatedly expose ourselves to. Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Heather and Vanessa put their opinions on the table and ask: Do we actually agree? Breakfast. Vitamin D. Detoxes. Coffee. Sunscreen. Raw milk. Parasite cleanses. Homeopathy. And even the idea that healing is supposed to be hard. We don’t see everything the same way which is exactly what makes this conversation so interesting. We talk about why our beliefs around health need to be allowed to evolve, why what works for one person may not work for another, and why supplements, research, and outside advice can never completely replace learning to understand your own body. We also dive into the deeper side of healing: stress; emotions; spirituality; gratitude; trusting yourself; and recognizing that true health is about so much more than what you take. Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. And you don’t have to blindly follow someone else’s rules to get healthier. 🎙 Listen to the episode and let us know what do YOU agree or disagree with! ✨ Want support on your own health journey? Send us Fan Mail Wren Lloyd joins the Quantum Health Connection podcast for a wide-ranging conversation about the path from being called to homeopathy to becoming a confident, supported practitioner. She traces the experiences that led her from Montessori education and self-study into clinical practice, practice-building mentorship, international service, and the creation of the Inspired School of Homeopathic Practice. The discussion moves beyond remedies into the inner life of the practitioner. Wren explains how The Three Principles inform her approach to self-responsibility, perception, client care, trauma narratives, and professional resilience. Wren also shares about her model of apprenticeship-based education, about building community, ethical niche marketing, homeopathic detox, and the importance of helping graduates build viable practices. In this episode:The early experience that first placed homeopathy on Wren’s radarHow education, motherhood, self-study, and formal training shaped her professional pathWhy many graduates know how to do homeopathy but do not yet know how to be practicing homeopathsThe Inspired School’s apprenticeship model, live cases, small cohorts, and practice-building emphasisUsing a defined niche to communicate clearly without limiting who a practitioner can serveThe role of practitioner self-awareness and The Three Principles in client careCreating supportive professional communities and reducing post-graduation isolationWren’s evolution from strictly classical training toward a broader clinical toolkit, including detox approachesA nuanced discussion of thought, trauma, resilience, insight, and the meanings attached to experienceConnect with Wren: https://wrenlloyd.com https://internationalhomeopathsforautism.com https://inspireschoolofhomeopathicpractice.com https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/wren-sofra https://wrenlloyd.com/super-users-guide-homeopathic-detox ➡️ Coupon code "QUANTUM" https://www.similia.io/?via=wren [Wren's affiliate code for Similia] Clinical Confidence Program: https://link.feacreate.com/widget/bookings/ishp-ccp Support the show Find Heather: Book with Heather Heather's Free Product Guide with Discount Codes Heather's Instagram Find Vanessa: Vanessa's Instagram Vanessa's Website Free Product Guide with Discount Codes Free Homeopathy at Home Guide Disclaimer: All interviews shared on The Quantum Health Connection Podcast are strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. Send us Fan Mail In Part 2 of our conversation with Jonathan Jarecki, we move beyond the basic advice to “get more sunlight” and dive deeply into the emerging science of how light interacts with our mitochondria, cellular water, circulation, and circadian biology. Jonathan begins by challenging the familiar explanation that ATP is simply the “energy currency” of the cell. Drawing from the work of researchers such as Gilbert Ling and Gerald Pollack, he explores another possibility: ATP may play a crucial role in organizing water and building exclusion-zone—or EZ—water inside the body. We then examine how red and near-infrared light may support mitochondrial function. Jonathan explains proposed mechanisms involving cytochrome c oxidase, ATP synthase, electron flow through the mitochondrial electron transport chain, nitric oxide, and the production of subcellular melatonin. He also discusses why the absence of infrared light—and the abundance of isolated blue light—in modern indoor environments may place additional stress on our mitochondria. The conversation also takes an honest look at red-light therapy devices. Are high-intensity panels always better, or could the lower intensity and balanced spectrum of natural sunlight be more biologically appropriate? Jonathan shares his concerns about extremely powerful devices, explains how distance can reduce intensity, and discusses simple alternatives such as incandescent bulbs and reflected near-infrared light. We also explore the often-demonized ultraviolet portion of sunlight. Jonathan discusses vitamin D as a possible marker of sun exposure rather than the sole reason sunlight is associated with better health outcomes. He explains how UVA stimulates nitric oxide release, why that matters for blood pressure and circulation, and what research suggests about regular sun exposure, melanoma mortality, cardiovascular health, and other cancers. Finally, Jonathan offers realistic ways to create a more light-supportive lifestyle even if you work indoors or are not ready for direct midday sun. In this episode, we discuss:What mitochondria do and why they are essential to nearly every cell in the bodyWhether ATP is truly the body’s cellular energy currencyGilbert Ling’s ideas about ATP and cellular waterGerald Pollack’s research into exclusion-zone waterHow infrared light may affect electron flow and ATP productionCytochrome c oxidase, ATP synthase and the mitochondrial membrane potentialHow near-infrared light penetrates deeply into the bodyWhy trees and green spaces create infrared-rich environmentsWhether infrared light can penetrate clothingNatural fibers versus synthetic fabricsThe mitochondrial effects of isolated blue lightSubcellular melatonin and the body’s antioxidant defensesRed-light therapy panels versus natural sunlightWhy more intensity may not always produce better resultsIncandescent bulbs as a simple source of red and infrared lightWhy vitamin D supplements do not fully reproduce sunlight exposureUVA, nitric oxide, blood pressure and cardiovascular healthThe difference between chronic, regular sun exposure and intermittent burningSun exposure, melanoma mortality and other cancer risksWhy reductionist studies may fail to capture the full effects of sunlightMorning light and nighttime darkness as the foundations of circadian healthPractical ways to improve your light environment at home and workThe science may be complex, but the central message is beautifully simple: our bodies developed in relationship with the full spectrum of natural light. Improving that relationship does not have to involve an expensive device or a complete lifestyle overhaul. It can begin with stepping outside in the morning, welcoming more natural light into the day, and allowing true darkness to return at night.
