We have been exposed to a whole lot of Sussex over the past few years. Prince Harry's tell-all memoir, Spare hit the shelves in January, and it created a complete frenzy with Royal fans and haters, alike.
We've heard about a physical altercation with Prince William, his time in the military and we even got a peak inside the time Harry lost his virginity. But, not all his stories have been well received.
In this episode of The Quicky we look at why Harry's exposés have been a little too much for some to swallow and what happens now he's put all that dirty laundry on display.

Earlier this year, the Therapeutic Goods Administration changed the classification of Psilocybin and MDMA to allow psychiatrists to prescribe them for use in treating some mental health disorders.
But with this change comes questions. Who will benefit from their use? Who will be eligible?
In today's episode of The Quicky, we speak to professionals to break down psychedelics for the treatment of mental health issues and whether this move really does open up the door to new treatments that could end the suffering of thousands. We also speak to a woman who lost her husband who's life may have been saved if he had access to these drugs.

Almost every hour of everyday an Australian woman dies of heart disease. On average, that equates to 20 women a day.
Every February, Heart Research Australia dedicates a month to heart research - they call it RedFeb. On top of asking for people to wear red and donate, they're raising awareness for the under diagnosis and lack of treatment for women with heart disease.
In this episode of The Quicky, we look at the risk factors that specifically affect women, and what you can do to look after your heart health.

It's that time of year when you might be heading home to see family for Christmas.
Heading home for the holidays can be charged with so many emotions, excitement, comforting, soul charging, but it can also bring about some other feelings.
Maybe you walk in the door of your family home and turn back into the teenage version of yourself, reacting in the same way to triggers you did years earlier?
In this episode of The Quicky, we take a look at why we do this and how we navigate family dynamics at this time of year.
