We are truly RUBBISH at multi-tasking. American Neuroscientist Dr Caroline Leaf even calls it Milkshake Thinking – where rapid and incomplete thoughts make a milkshake of our brain cells. Go on admit it, we all love a little doom-scroll from time to time. Try these steps next time you gear up for a scrolling sesh – and bring a bit of joy back into your screen time.

Have you ever been told you've got a "Resting Bitch Face"? A bunch of research has suggested that some people’s faces show more micro expressions than others. For these people, even when they feel emotionally neutral, your face gives away traces of sadness, happiness of anger. That’s not necessarily a bad thing! Next time your face feels tight or tense, try this physical practice – a sort of contactless massage for your face!
