If you've got a list of things to feel guilty about, we're here to set it on fire and toss it in ocean. You're mad at yourself for not spending enough time with your kids, or “shoulding” yourself into oblivion; I SHOULD have gone to the gym, I SHOULDN’T have bought myself that thing.
We're way more comfortable feeling "not enough" than we are feeling content, worthy and calm. So spend a few minutes with us and learn how to let go of those guilts, and let yourself LIVE goddamn it!
