I created this meditation as part of the letting go series to invite you to drop all effort and stop trying to manage your inner experience. This is often the cause of inner wars that create a lot of tension within.

As you rest in simply being, the nervous system naturally settles, subcortical intelligence is regulated, the mind quietens, and a deeper sense of freedom begins to emerge.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about allowing life to move more easily through you, so clarity, presence, and choice can shape how you live beyond the meditation.
