The Zero Sum Game is a Win Lose scenario that we are often playing in our relationships.  For whatever reason, conscious or subconscious we often find ourselves in zero sum games.  Telling a partner that if they act in one way we break up with them, telling a boss that if we don’t get paid more we quite.  These are scenarios where only 1 side is fought for rather than finding a win win or compatibility rather than compromise.
