What a powerful question to catalyse change?
Ask yourself, "For what purpose ? "
If you're honest, this question can allow you to explore the purpose and function behind each and every choice you make.
I choose the mindset that what is happening out there (with others) is a reflection of what's happening in here (with self). As within, so without. From this perspective, comes the opportunity to learn and grow!
Relationships get to be a mirror! 🪞 As I've fully committed to myself, I am now again exploring committing to another in relationship. I get to ask myself, "For what purpose do I hide (or attach)?"
I explore the anxious/avoidant dance within MYSELF.
This has been so REAL for me as I step back into the dating experience.

This week I discuss the self limiting belief (SLB) that I hid behind for years! The belief that "I don’t want to!" (Strong brat energy behind this one 😋) Now when this pops up, I ask, "Is that true? Or is it that you believe it to be too hard? Or maybe, you believe having it would conflict with your values?" That can be a foggy one! Sometimes we believe two things are mutually exclusive, that to have something we ALSO have to give up something else. So I wonder, what if you COULD have it AND the other thing you want? How do you know you're worthy? Worthiness is a belief, whether conscious or unconscious. Most often it's operating UNconsciously (since 95% of operating is). It shows up as: procrastination, avoidance and self-sabotage. The list goes on... So, who decides if you're worthy? What if that was up to YOU? What if YOU made the choice TODAY to know your worth, and take action to affirm that? I explore the power of the mind and visualisation techniques in creating the lived reality. I share how I shift self limiting beliefs and emotional 'stuckness' through FEELING the emotion! Releasing shame and guilt in somatic practices and embodied movement. People Pleaser 🤐 ❌ Sovereign 👑 ✅ Letting go of people pleasing has meant getting comfortable in discomfort, as I continue to evolve and expand! Ew! 😉 The work I’ve done over the past few years 🧗‍♂️ more concentrated in the last six months 🚶🏼‍♀️, and NEXT LEVEL in the last few weeks 🛗 has allowed me to shift out of people pleasing and covert codependence to sovereignty. Yay! What do I mean when I use this language? PEOPLE PLEASING: Seeking external input, confirmation, validation and guidance; while avoiding saying what's really there and not asking for needs and wants to be met. SOVEREIGNTY: Seeking internal knowing, being with self, loving self, validating and affirming self; speaking personal truth and allowing needs and wants to be requested. Perception is Projection! Which is why holding true to ME, my authenticity, is vital! In the past, I allowed perceived ‘high sensitivity’ and ‘empathy’ to mean I ‘had to’ take on another’s experience. 😕 What was that, really? Simply, colluding with them to stay small, enabling them to avoid doing their own experiencing, deep inner work and growth. I was deeply covertly codependent, and I didn’t even know! I'm a new way now. Owning my truth. Speaking my truth. Taking FULL responsibility for my ways of being.
