Did Dr. Manners IPA & Cheese Curd prescription work? With a little under 6 weeks until the 2017 Hardrock 100, Jeff Hart joins us for the third installment on his trail to Hardrock. Last time we had Jeff on he talked about battling inuries and the mental toll it was taking. This time around you can hear in his voice that he is feeling better and excited for the San Juans. Thanks again Jeff and good luck with the next month of Hardrock training.

At it's core, TrailManners Podcast is a medium for the average trail runner to share stories of discovery, growth, beer, and of course cheese curds. Man, do we have a story for you today!
When I first heard that silky smooth Louisiana twang I knew we had a good guest, but did he have a story to match that gentlemen's drawl? Listen and enjoy as Logan Ledford spins a tale of growing up in Louisiana with water maccosians (that's a mean ass snake for those that don't know), grandma's fried chicken, and running highway over-passes for vert training. Stick around and find out how Logan made his way from the swamps to the Wasatch Front where he now is spearheading a #trashattack for the Wasatch Mountain Wranglers but we think he has more Branding power with #logansjunk.
Show Notes;
Normalcy may be back. It has been an absolute busy month or so for TrailManners and while we are back to a bit of normalcy, we are full steam ahead on other fun and new projects. Enjoy STS #39.

Every so often we get requests and questions that revolve around a past episode. As part of out "Best Of" shows we have done in the past, we are re-launching the show we did with the legend- Roch Horton. So much of what Roch talks about is just timeless and a good reminder to us all.
The tables get turned as we get interviewed by Leia from our local newspaper (Ogden Standard-Examiner) in this edition of the Singletrack Session. Leia asks some fun questions and really makes us think. Thanks Leia and the Ogden Standard-Examiner for coming out and getting us even more out of our comfort zone.

Studio 78 has seen its fair share of guests but Episode #83 brought Anna Frost to the Captain's chair for an absolutely memorable episode! Frosty is as real as they come. She makes everyone around her feel comfortable and special at the same time. She loves taking about "you" and talks about herself only when asked. Her presence is bigger than her posters and banners you see around the world and leaves people with a smile to equal it. It was an absolute honor and priveledge for us to spend a couple days with her. Thank you Anna- you are amazing!
Show Notes:
Big week here for TrailManners and a massive weekend coming up. We are excited the Ogden Trail Running Festival is finally here. After this week we can get back to a little more normalcy.

Every Trail Has a Story. Every Runner Belongs.
TrailManners exists to celebrate the people, places, and experiences that make trail running special.
Since 2015, TrailManners has connected runners through authentic conversations, practical advice, gear reviews, race stories, and a shared love of dirt, mountains, and adventure. Whether you're chasing your first 5K trail race, lining up for a 100-miler, enjoying your local trails with friends, or simply looking for inspiration to get outside, you've found your community.
We're not here to tell you that you have to run farther, faster, or harder.
We're here because the trail welcomes everyone.
We believe trail running is about much more than finish times.
It's about friendships formed on long climbs, quiet mornings in the mountains, helping a stranger at an aid station, laughing after getting lost, earning the post-run meal, and realizing that every day has the potential to become your best day.
If you love trails, you're one of us.
Welcome to TrailManners.
