Welcome to this week`s episode where Sara talks all things health and well being with a wonderful group of women who make this their business! They are Catherine, Mary and Nicola from Turning Point Wellness. Their story started with their own personal weight loss journey many years ago with group support and help, they achieved their weight loss goals. They each decided to become Weight Watchers Coaches and this is where their story begins.On 15th June 2006, they met for the first time and they just clicked .

They trained together, having the same passion they became colleagues, very soon after that they became great friends in both their professional and personal lives. They help each member who book in with them to learn from using tools to make healthy food choices, achieve their healthy weight and sustain a healthy happy lifestyle. This is easy to say but can be so hard to make that first step - these ladies know very well how to manage that and are happy to chat to you one on one to get you started in the right frame of mind. They meet brides, grooms, families, groups preparing for big days and events and are all about making you feel the best for what ever goal it is health oriented or event oriented - they can help you get there.
