Up for A Chat has had a hiatus for the past 3 years.  After 374 shows we thought you all may have had enough of the three of us, so we thought we’d hang up our microphones and go slowly into the sunset.  But The Wellness Couch tells us that our podcasts are being continually downloaded.  While Kim and Cyndi are back, Carren has decided to stay retired.  We are so excited to be back, there is so much new information that we want to share, and We (Kim and Cyndi) have a thirst to interview incredible minds that bring enquiry into our lives.
