Helen Marshall, a certified Primal Health Coach and founder of the grain-free food range Primal Alternative, she transformed her life after facing a health crisis. She struggled with chronic nausea, constipation, insomnia, physical pain, headaches, brain fog, depression, anxiety, and phobias. To reclaim her health, Helen shifted to a diet centered around plants and animals, eliminating grains, sugar, and seed oils, while embracing sunlight, sleep, nature, and meaningful connections.
Inspired by her success, Helen franchised her baking business to empower other women passionate about clean living to start their own home-based businesses, making a positive impact in their communities. It was a pleasure to have her on my show, and I hope you enjoy this episode.

I had an intuitive thought to go gluten-free.
