A business professional who has spanned a career in the government, business and military, Damon has worked for one of the world’s premier relationship management and conflict resolution firms and is trained to help others gain value in their relationships. He have a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.  All amazing experience to lead him on his way throughout co-parenting, as it is his love for being a dad that is a true guide in all that he does.
