But all of them have one thing in common. 

You NEED TO KNOW what you’re getting yourself into. 

I’m not saying things will go south. 

Especially not if you both do your due diligence. 

But I see too many successful businesses fall apart because the business owner and partner are on different planets. 

Transferring ownership is one of the things that you need to know. 

Even if you’re not looking into it right now. 

But the reason so many mergers end up going south is because few people know the risks involved.
