Coach Hoover is the Director of Athletic Performance at Metrolina Christian Academy in Indian trail North Carolina. He has spent time as a Head Football Coach and Strength and Conditioning  Coach before moving to full time Strength and Conditioning Coach  in 2015. Coach Hoover holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and physical education. Coach Pratt is the Director of Basketball At Jackson State University. He was previously the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to that he was a Sports performance intern at TCU. Assistant Sports Performance Coach at the university of Illinois Springfield, where he oversaw 7 teams and 165 athletes. He was an intern at Elon and the University of Louisville. He has a Masters in Strength and Conditioning from Liberty University
A bachelors from Bethel in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. He studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MBA from Liberty University.

 Jim Wendler is the creator and author of the 5/3/1
Training Program. This program has been one of the
 most widely used programs across the country. Its
 used everywhere from Powerlifting, to school
 weight rooms and everything in between. Jim has
 made the program easily adaptable for every age
 and style of lifting. Jim played football and
 graduated from the University of Arizona where he
 was a three-time letter winner as a walk-on.
 Wendler went on to squat 1000 pounds in
 competition and is an accomplished Elite Lifter with
 a 2,375 pound total. He has a no filler style and
 people enjoy listening to him for his passion,

Coach Korfist is a high school track and football coach. He has coached high school sports for over thirty years. He has spent his career helping athletes become their best with more than 80 all state athletes. He has spent his life studying strength and conditioning, exploring the ins and outs of speed and getting that to translate to the field. Zach Dechant Assistant Athletics Director - Human Performance  Texas Christian University (TCU)

As an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at TCU, Dechant oversees the development of baseball and women’s tennis as well as assists with football. Coach Dechant brings a theory of consistency. Everyday matters and compounds on the next day. His theory is just like a penny doubled everyday creates a huge amount of money in a month, likewise consistency everyday in the weight room makes a successful program. Always keeping the athletes in mind he has created a program that takes advantage of micro dosing. Using anytime available he can to help his athletes advance. From warm-ups to game day there are chances for athletes to get work in.

 His previous experience includes a stint at the University of Wyoming, two seasons with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, two years at Missouri State University, as well as time spent with the University of Washington as an intern.
Dechant graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness from Missouri State University in 2003, and is currently working towards his Master’s Degree. He is certified through the NSCA, CSCCA and USAW.

Matt Wenning is a powerlifting icon. Accumulating some of the biggest numbers in history as a geared and raw powerlifter. Matt exemplifies the three pillars of success as a barbell coach. 1-Education, he holds a Masters Degree from Ball State in Biomechanics and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. 2-Longevity he has amassed world records with no major injuries while being successful in the sport starting as a teenager. 3-Performance that goes without saying. In 2011 he set the all time world record equipped squat at 1197.6 and in 2016 beat his previous raw squat record with an 865. He has pressed over 600 and continues lifting massive weights to this day. He has taken his talents outside of the powerlifting platform to work with tactical units, first responders and athletes to help them lead a healthy career avoiding injury. Matt is generous with his content supplying lifters with free content all the time on his social media pages. He was a gracious guest and it was one of the highlights of the show to have him on. His knowledge of training and performance really show. He has worked with the best coaches in the world while becoming a sought after coach himself. Coach Brad Fortney is the Performance and Wellness Coach for the Enterprise City Schools. Coach Fortney is the Head Girls Track and Field Coach specializing in sprinting and throwing. He is an assistant varsity football coach for inside linebackers. Coach Fortney is originally from Illinois where he played football and ran track. He attended Carthage College in Kenosha Wisconsin where he was an all conference athlete. Upon graduating he moved into coaching and the teaching field. He has worked with multiple teams on performance and wellness earning him the Kenosha Unified Coach of the year in 2018. He is a contributor to the Track Football Consortium. Joey Guarascio is Florida Atlantic University’s head strength and conditioning coach. He came to FAU from Colorado State where he was the Ram’s head strength and condition coach where he was elevated to that position after just one of year of being an associate coach. His resume also includes helping Ole Miss as an assistant S&C overseeing pro day and NFL Combine prep. He was the director of S&C at Northwestern State where he oversaw all 17 varsity sports. He was an intern at FAU and worked for Tommy Moffitt at LSU. Coach Guarascio earned an exercise science degree from Sioux Falls, a masters degree in human performance with an emphasis in sports management from Northwestern State. He has multiple certifications. CSCCA, SCCC, NSCA, CSCS, RPR level 1, USAW level1, NASM CES, Precision Nutrition level 1. On top of all of this he has a way of breaking a complicated science down to digestible pieces. He resonates on with the player and Administrators alike. Listening to his passion and desire to create elite athletes is infectious. Coach Guarascio renews a passion for mentoring athletes in the listeners.
