It was just an ordinary day, Rhiannon was washing her car in broad daylight, she was 19 years old. Moments later she would be kidnapped at knife point and put though a harrowing ordeal including physical and sexual assault. 20 years later, she is telling her story, to help others realize that they too can reclaim their lives. This one is utterly fascinating.  Anthony's childhood was filled with trauma. His story details some really scary moments with his mentally ill Mother.  He discusses how these moments effected him as he grew up. It effected who he was and especially effected his relationships. To add, 2020 would prove to be his biggest challenge yet, with a series of unfortunate events that would leave most of us in pieces. An incredible journey of self discovery.

Robin was from a 'normal' family, growing up in the Midlands in England through the eighties and nineties. He came out as gay in his late teens, and felt liberated. But, years of running away from his 'true self', would culminate in a shocking sequence of drug fueled events that would leave him minutes from death at Glastonbury Festival. 20 years on, Robin coaches kids, teens, and people from all walks of life, to help them better understand themselves and avoid making some of the mistakes he made.  Epic.
