夏明：中国对台军演是对国内展示拳脚、寻台阶下

中国军队4月8日至10日在台海展开了为期三天的环台军演。与2022年8月举行的上一次大规模军演有所不同的是，本次军演开启了解放军包围台湾的新的作战模式。演习期间，中国军队对台湾“关键目标”展开模拟打击，也在网络上发布了一段战机对台发射导弹的模拟短片，充分显示了解放军攻台的实力和决心。中国本次军演在怎样的背景下展开？意义何在？面对中国的一次次军演，国际社会又如何反应？我们请纽约市立大学研究生中心政治学教授夏明先生做一下点评。
