Chris Voss is a former FBI international hostage and kidnapping negotiator. Alex Carter is a professor at Columbia Law School and the director of Columbia Law School’s Mediation Clinic. In 2019, Alex was awarded the Columbia University Presidential Award for Outstanding Teaching. She is also an internationally renowned keynote speaker and negotiation coach, working with Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations, foreign governments, not-for-profit organizations, and more.
