Today I'm sharing a story about how my ex (abuser) has attempted to manipulate/guilt and control my children...right before my eyes. It was difficult to watch them struggle, but as a parent, accepting where they are on their journey was just as important as helping them through it. We can always show up with influence, guidance and support for others, but we cannot expect anyone to do what we would do or think like we think. Resistance gives you friction. Acceptance gives you flow. Listen in to the story and how acceptance helped me help them more.
