In this heartfelt episode, I open up about navigating the end of a relationship that ended suddenly and unexpectedly just before the holidays. Without the usual progression of a relationship fading over time, the recovery has been uniquely challenging. I share my journey of giving myself permission to grieve—allowing space for my feelings while setting a date to start moving forward.
Grief is messy, healing is imperfect, and that’s okay. Taking time alone for self-reflection has been a powerful tool for me, and I encourage you to honor your own grief while recognizing the value of setting boundaries around it. Breakups, while painful, can also be opportunities for incredible growth and positive change.
I discuss my decision to no longer give second chances in relationships where the underlying reasons for the breakup remain unresolved. This clarity has strengthened my resolve to date with intention, to see past relationships not as failures but as lessons, and to focus on helping other women navigate their relationships.
Healing is a journey, and small changes add up to transformative ones over time. It’s never too late to begin loving yourself, to seek healthy relationships, and to gain clarity on what you truly want. Let this episode inspire you to give yourself grace, honor your feelings, and keep striving for the love and life you deserve.
