Recently, I immersed myself in the transformative experience of our Advanced Energetics retreat. Picture a room filled with remarkable women, each letting go of their fears and stepping into their potential. It was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together.

 

Standing by the pool at the retreat center, watching everyone connect and support each other, really drove home how impactful the Pause Breathwork community has become. We're doing more than just healing; we're discovering freedom and potential through somatic practices.

 

Alongside these reflections, I delve into the evolution of coaching in the age of AI. While driving to a dance class, I tested ChatGPT with a business decision, and I was surprised by the insight it provided. Still, it reaffirmed for me that human connection and the body's wisdom are irreplaceable, especially in somatic coaching where genuine change happens.
