It's not *how* we seek spiritual growth, it's *why* we seek it. We need to examine what we believe, why we believe it, where it came from, and figure out what we’re going to burn down, renovate, and give our deepest devotion to. If the whole point of our devotion is liberation, then here's the question: Do your beliefs liberate you?

• Do your beliefs liberate you? 

• What are the “devotion flags” that you fly with pride?

• What can we do to un-believe the things that tie us down?

• How important is it to know about our past lives?

• How do we tell the true spiritual teacher from the poser?
