We speak about her approach to evolving and growing in business,friendship and her own relationship with herself. I am really excited to share this one especially because of the wisdom that my lovely sister shared. But more than anything as a reminder to black women that the things that are important to you matter. Your peace,your growth,your needs,your desires…your well-being;it’s all very important.

Happy Women’s month to all the women who are part of the A Cup Full home!

This month is extra special because we’re celebrating the amazing existence of women!

This weeks episode is so special to me because I gave myself an opportunity to be extra vulnerable. I loved every single moment and hope you will too.

I get into reflecting on the last few years of my 20s and how much I have changed and grown. I also speak on how the woman I am becoming would’ve been the big sister little me absolutely adored,felt safe with and just always affirmed by.

I also highlight the big role that black women have played in my life and how being surrounded by a community of black women continues to change my life.

Have a lovely reminder of the week and don’t forget to prioritise taking good care of yourself and doing the things that keep fill yourself cup up!

Hi community? Have you ever felt like life has a personal vendetta against you? Yeah…SAME.

Life can get really hard sometimes, right to the point where it feels like you are reaching one dead end after the other. No matter how hard you try…absolutely nothing is working out. Which happens,because this is life and it isn’t linear. Sometimes things go all the way right and sometimes they go terribly wrong. In this weeks episode we are going to try and figure out what it is we can do to lighten the load during times like that.

Don’t forget that this isn’t a bad life,just a bad season that will come to pass!

Hi community! This weeks episode gets right into being picky with what you consume online and how that will ultimately be a contributing factor towards your overall well-being. Social media is easily available and has many uses. If anything it should be enjoyable and inspirational. You should never feel any pressure to be anyone who you aren’t but that can happen and what you need to know to do is not expose yourself to it. Don’t engage in or expose yourself to anything that isn’t good for you. Don’t fall into the trap of hopping onto trends and feeling completely out of balance at the end of it all. Take care of your well-being! This episode encourages blocking and finding a new page or person whose content will be enjoyable to indulge in!Enjoy!

We’re right at the beginning of the second quarter of 2022 ,which means there is plenty of opportunity to reflect on quarter one and decide what needs to go and what needs to stay. What was fulfilling and what was draining and what really needs improvement and what has improved.

This weeks episode is all about looking back at the last 6 months and deciding how you would like to move forward in the next six months. Whether you feel like you’ve accomplished none of what you wanted to or whether you have done it all, reflecting will still be beneficial!

Remember that if you didn’t do it in the first six months you can still try again in the last six months!

Hi community! This weeks episode focuses on the importance of saying no. Keeping your yeses safe will often mean saying no to the things you don’t feel comfortable doing or being a part of. Which is also a form of creating boundaries and taking care of your well-being! This is important not only for self-preservation but so that when you need to show up you are capable of doing so. You don’t feel depleted or disconnected from yourself because you are staying true to who you are. So this week? Taking the time to carefully choose what you say yes to. Ask yourself if it is something you are genuinely capable and willing to do. If not then that’s a no and you shouldn’t force it to be otherwise.

Hi community!This weeks episodes speaks on embracing the seasons of your life,no matter what they look like. It’s always easier to get comfortable during the good times and to express gratitude and hopefulness. However during the more strenuous and uncertain it becomes a lot harder to be able to embrace and express excitement. We give ourselves an opportunity to learn so much from different seasons in our lives when we approach them with intention and understanding. Learning to embrace different seasons gives us an opportunity to learn and grow. Open your heart and mind to experiencing different seasons. Learn to see the value in them. Give yourself an opportunity to go through the good and the difficult.

On this weeks episode we look at detaching from our mistakes. Mistakes exist but not for your torcher,they have the potential to be many things such a lesson.Or an opportunity to make better decisions in the future. This episode aims to encourage a different perception and understanding of mistakes.
