Isa Garcia is an online business expert who’s helped thousands of people navigate the different branches of entrepreneurship, including money mindset, sales and leadership. Isa joins me on this episode to give a peek into how she’s created such a beautiful life by following her intuition and taking bold action towards her goals.
Isa shares her immigration journey and how she ended up moving to New York on a mission to expand her comfort zone and break out of the glass box she found herself living in. A major part of that process involved unpacking deep shadows and insecurities, and Isa shares what those elements revealed about her inner-narrative.
Isa and I also explore how Human Design can be used as the cheat code to making aligned decisions, which has been a game-changer for me ever since I learned more about my chart. Plus, Isa shares advice for anyone who’s feeling stuck when it comes to starting or scaling a business.

How do we stop ourselves from going down a spiral? Over the years, I have picked up three tips that have helped me to either pull myself out of that space, or at the very least, not go as far down as I previously would have without these tools.
Of course, it's misleading to think that when we do the work, that we will never be triggered, or have a hard day again. But with these practices, we can get better at managing our emotions, our patterns, and our habits.
What you focus your attention on, is what you amplify in your life, and learning to focus your energy on what is going well takes momentum and time. In this episode, I will help you turn a spiral around into a different direction. Tune in if you want to have a bigger experience of your positivity, power, and confidence in motion.

I get asked a lot about whether or not sex on the first date is a go. It's a fun topic but I also know so many people’s heads spin around trying to find the right answer. In today’s episode, we dive into a question that leaves many of us on the edge of our seat…
Here’s the thing: everyone has a different opinion about it. There seem to be rules when it comes to sex and love, and yet they are rules that the general public don’t all agree on. Over time, because of all the conflicting information and opinions, I decided to just get curious and, ultimately, check in with myself. I focused on the fact that we all have different ideas and feelings when it comes to this topic and the most important thing is to make the choice that allows us to feel most empowered. And, the choices we make can change whenever we want them to.
Listen to this episode for key questions to ask yourself to feel powerful in your decision, honor your needs and be genuine in how you show up.

In the past, I had a lot of self-sabotage behaviors that I was engaging with. They were throwing me off track and troubling me in many different ways. It's not one magic trick, but I discovered methods to stop self-sabotage in its tracks, which I share in this episode.
We all have our unique way in which we sabotage. And oftentimes, even more curiously, we tend to sabotage when things are going well for us. Looking at self-sabotage, it’s important to first acknowledge the word ‘self’ in the front. The key is turning to ourselves and reprogramming our subconscious mind to create new stories, beliefs, and views about ourselves and the world.
Listen to this episode if you’re struggling to understand a habit of self-sabotage and want to discover what in your life is leading you to it and how to transform it.

I used to be one of the most insecure people you would ever meet, but I found my way to be truly confident. In today’s episode, I’m sharing exactly how I did it.
Confidence is built through self-trust and actually doing what we say we would do. It might seem simple, but if you can’t keep a promise to yourself, how can you expect to grow and step into your highest potential? Do not underestimate the power of small, daily habits. When you do them in increments, you’ll slowly start to have the confidence to do even more.
Listen to today’s episode as I give you the secret to building the self-trust that will make you feel unbreakable in your daily life.

We’re starting with one of my favorite questions today: how to overcome the fear of being seen. If we unravel this fear, it transforms into the fear of rejection.
One way of moving through this is by repeating affirmations to strip away the care and concern of what others may think. The second strategy is to continue putting yourself out there again and again. The more you do that, the easier it becomes.
Listen in as I give you a powerful affirmation to repeat and share a clever way of holding yourself accountable in weak moments.
