Lovingkindness meditation: necessary wisdom & resilience of the heart.

However, this involuntary state also brings about pain.

Confronting depression, anxiety, change, and adversity,
through clever adaptation, finding the path of least resistance:
Cultivating wisdom enables us to make the most appropriate choices!

perhaps today is an opportunity to try this "Lovingkindness meditation," a form of mindfulness practice.

The practice of loving-kindness meditation, part 2,
