Joining me today on Yoga | Birth | Babies is Renata Freitas. Renata is originally from Brazil and moved to the US for her MBA at Wharton, where she met her husband. She is a traveler, a wife, a mother, and is also 200 hr-certified in yoga. Enjoy her deeply honest birth story.
