This week I share a massive breakthrough in my own self-confidence and self-worth. We get an update on the aftermath of my spicy gym friendship. I also tell a story of how I had to make an uncomfortable call to an old friend. If you have ever identified as being "independent" this episode will make you rethink how you are getting to where you want to go.
Is love in the air, or is it just the scent of post-workout endorphins? In this episode, I explore the latest joys, uncertainties, and surprises that have come from befriending Gym Crush 2. I play a voice note I sent her, which will show you an inside look at how I communicate boundaries when it comes to my personal relationships. This episode is a two-part special where I recorded the first half earlier in the week. With such rapidly changing developments, I had to include an additional segment after things took another unexpected turn. It's avoidant versus avoidant in the battle of who can confirm and deny love all at the same time.
I asked y'all to finish the sentence "why do men..." and you did not disappoint. I cover why men lovebomb, why men cheat, if they regret it, why men lie, why it's hard for men to be vulnerable, and why men leave and come back. Before we get into that, I talk about how I've been replacing my time since I have been off the cooch and how I want everyone to be on drugs at my funeral.

coach vs therapist ... welcome to the show, my friend Benita. We tell the story of how we first met and discuss how platonic relationships with the opposite sex are not always what they appear. Benita, a licensed therapist, hits us with some hard truths and her delusional alter ego's perspective on a night out with hot strangers.
Ick ... not all stories have a happy ending, but all endings bring new beginnings. The hardest goodbyes don't happen because you want them to but because you need them to. If you're not pushed to your edge, you won't ever grow, so even when things get hard or uncomfortable, you try to trust yourself and show gratitude for the blessings you do have.
Self-love is off to a rocky start ! I have a friend date with gym crush and talk about the lingering confusion around my long distance situation.
How do avoidant's work? How can you love someone who is so resistant to connection and intimacy? Why do they attract the anxious?
In this episode I open up about feeling lost, stuck, and unworthy. I tell a story of how my inner turmoil is a pattern that has my relationship on the brink of failure and how the current results of my life have been a direct correlation to the wounds of my past.
In an attempt to heal those wounds, I open up about the darkness of my past and try to uncover, analyze and overcome the feelings of shame and guilt hidden in my childhood. Throughout I provide detailed examples of how certain experiences have made me someone who can't trust love and why I yearn so deeply from acceptance from others.
I also discuss why a rampant desire for intimacy with multiple partners could be a potential addiction that needs a deeper look.

Are you done with cooch?! Well, so am I! In this episode, I introduce my new perspective on friendships with the opposite sex. I break down all the interactions I had with the women in my life as I attempt to start creating more meaningful connections.
My extreme focus on my self-reflection journey also brought up some underlying feelings of guilt and shame. Some of those feelings were warranted as I missed crucial dates for some of my close loved ones. This caused me to reflect on the nature of my life and the importance of those closest to me.
This week I started taking your voice questions: topics included your lifelong twin flames, navigating life when you decide to stop partying so much, how to approach your gym crush, and dating as a high-value woman.
