80 year old Helen Mirren has some sage words women of all ages need to hear! First, she said she doesn’t call it “growing old”, instead Mirren calls it “growing up.”  As Amy and T.J. discuss the pressures on young girls and aging women to look a certain way, Mirren asks women to consider changing one very important thing before contemplating plastic surgery.
