Dr. Skiba is the director of sports medicine for AdvocateAurora Medical Group in Chicago, where he also directs the exercise physiology and biomechanics laboratories. He is the head primary care sports physician for the University of Illinois (Chicago campus), and is an Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Exeter. He provides coaching and consulting services for a variety of athletes, corporations and national governing bodies, and was an instrumental part of the Nike Breaking 2 project. His new book, Scientific Training for Endurance athletes was just released in January 2022.
