Get Fit with Jodelle (Meat Body And Soul)

Could a yeast, or candida issue be the reason for your gut issues, your chronic fatigue and even your low thyroid? What about your weight gain and cravings?

Most of my listeners are well-educated people who have heard about or even dealt with candida since it has become a more widespread issue for many in the last couple of decades. In fact, Candidemia is one of the most common bloodstream infections in the United States according to the CDC.

Dr Michael Biamonte is THE guy in my opinion when it comes to putting an end to yeast, fungus, and candida once and for all. Dr Biamonte holds a Doctorate of Nutripathy and is a New York State certified Clinical Nutritionist as well as New York Cities very own thyroid doctor...that’s right, this guy knows the thyroid and how its relationship with candida is something that more people should be talking about.

He is a professional member of the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists, The American College of Nutrition and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board. He is listed in “The Directory of Distinguished Americans” for his research in Nutrition and Physiology. He has worked with Nasa and is the creator of BioCybernetics, a cutting edge, unprecedented computer software program that is able to study blood work, mineral tests and many other lab tests to determine exactly where your body is imbalanced. In this episode, we are discussing the thyroid and how yeast, fungus and candida greatly affects it. As well as gut issues, weight gain and also how to get rid of candida once and for all.

And the answers may surprise you since Dr Biamonte has cracked the code on how to end the battle of gut and thyroid distress from candida with simple recipes and protocols, so let’s get into Dr B..

I’ve said it before and I‘ll say it again, it’s not about the food.

Getting your light right which means you are getting rid of your sins against natural human living is imperative if you are going to get your health on track. And you know this, because if you like many have dial din your eating, you have taken all the fancy supplements, you exercise and move your body in a sufficient ways and yet you are still plagued with allergies, gut issues, sleep issues, blood sugar swings and the like then you need today’s podcast on what you can do to improve your environment....

Did you know, a study in 2021 showed that "exposure to light with less blue before sleep is better for energy metabolism"?

Specifically, they found that LED lights in the hours before bed cause changes in melatonin that are associated with the body's fat oxidization process during sleep.

The body runs on cycles. Some functions happen at night, others during the day. When one is healthy, the clocks are in sync and the body's activities properly coordinated. A disruption of this coordination not only leads to a feeling of perpetual jet-lagged, but also: * Higher rates of cancer * Diabetes * Heart disease * Obesity * Insulin resistance (leading to diabetes) * Leptin resistance - LEPTIN ISN’T THE ONLY MECHANISM THAT REGULATES BODY WEIGHT, BUT IT’S THE MOST CRITICAL ONE, AS A MASTER CONTROLLER THAT EXERTS A WIDE RANGE OF ESSENTIAL PROCESSES IN THE BODY. - Essentially the CEO of your weight management.

Let’s talk about building a healthy environment. The other brother....Tristan Swanwick is joining me today to discuss how light affects our Health.

He is an Australian entrepreneur, former journalist and CEO of Swanwick, my favorite anti-blue light company because they are not just passionate about glasses but also your health....

More than just helping you sleep deeper, Getting your light right balances your body in so many ways from lowering blood glucose to dampening cortisol and Andreline, and even studies show helping you lose weight.

Today Tristan and I discuss how it’s not always just wearing blue light blockers but that sometimes you have to improve the actually lighting environment itself and make your home a beautiful safe haven for your internal light receptors.

I’m super stoked to have Matt Landman on again for the 3rd Time, Matt is an a leader in 5G and geoengineering/chemtrail awareness activism. He passionately presents unprecedented and view-changing information directly from official documentation and accepted research. His love for truth has helped him promote social change through the wildly amazing documentary Frankenskies, bringing awareness to ongoing atmospheric aerosol injections, chemtrails, weather modification programs and geoengineering, so if you haven’t yet watched that documentary, here is the link for that, which I highly recommend: http://www.frankenskiesthemovie.com

Maybe you have embarked on a journey of reverse dieting yourself out of chronic dieting and have improved your nutrition, your life, and the only thing left that hasn’t really improved is....your aesthetics. Can we really have good health and a fit, toned, trim body too?

You betcha, and my next guest and going to tell you how...today it’s all about getting your aesthetics to match your pro-metabolic health and healthy habits.

Cheryl Frost is someone many of you in the bodybuilding world may be familiar with....

She’s 52, but you would never think that to look at her... And this women has the experience and has done and seen it all, and knows what works.... - she’s been a police officer, a social worker degree and worked 15 years in Child protection, she’s been an athlete (adventure racer, pole vaulter) most of her life.

She’s a high class Personal Trainer. And spent an era coaching competition athletes - bodybuilders, fitness models etc. She’s competed 15 international competitions, world championships, and won the Ms Universe - and obtained a PRO figure card in 2 divisions (NABBA and WFF). As well as International Judging and running seminars.

After a decade of low carb high stress and suppressing her metabolism and her hormones, she discovered the work of Dr Ray Peat and in her words “it totally liberated her and transformed her life, her health, her energy, her mood, and her body.

She actually won the Universe title eating ice cream and potatoes and doing zero cardio (a far cry from previous years of 2 hours a cardio a day and hardly any food). Her passion is helping and coaching people to achieve their health, mindset and even aesthetic goals ....and so I had to have her on because many women of the pro-metabolic mindset feel amazing but are not seeing the body they are looking for.

I consider Cheryl the best person for the job when it comes to dialing in aesthetics, fat loss, and hormones on a pro-metabolic lifestyle and she believes.... "You don’t have to take extreme measures to achieve extreme results."

Most of you will resonate with the fact that we are looking for perfect health. And living in an imperfect world doesn’t make it very easy...However, Perfection is what we always aim for but progress is really what we are after in this imperfect world.

And today I’m talking to someone who pretty much got me started on the pro-metabolic, logical common sense approach to nutrition, even before my nutrition schooling, and that someone is Paul Jaminet....

To me this man embodies alot of Dr Ray Peat’s philosophies with regard to Both perspectives oppose omega-6 fats, support saturated fats, favor eating sufficient carbs to normalize metabolism, support eating nourishing foods like bone broth, and opposes eating inflammatory foods like wheat. Paul Jaminet is a brilliant astrophysicist with a PhD in physics from the University of California at Berkley, but I’m actually a much bigger fan of his other PHD which is the fact that he is the author of PHD - the Perfect Health Diet, (a book that changed my life and helped me get results with my clients from day 1 of implementing his knowledge into my practice.....and it was Paul’s experience overcoming a chronic illness led the him to develop the views of aging and disease presented in Perfect Health Diet. He also regularly blogs at http://perfecthealthdiet.com and is currently serving as COO at a company called Angiex. Angiex is developing a novel drug class, Nuclear-Delivered Antibody-Drug Conjugates™, with the potential to generate curative therapies for malignant solid cancers of any site of origin. So I am eager to dive into that with Paul, as well as breaks down the perfect health diet philosophy so that you and I can aim for logical, common sense nutrition at a cellular level to achieve weight loss, cancer prevention, disease prevention, and really dial into that perfection we are looking for, even if we can’t achive perfection. We might also discuss some trends in the pro-metabolic world that might not work for all, and why Paul takes a different approach. Enjoy this enlightening conversation.
