Kelley is a certified holistic health coach and pilates instructor who’s mission is to help women feel their healthiest in their bodies. She struggled with her own health issues from thyroid problems, hormonal imbalance, her hair falling out, and gut issues that led her on her own path to healing her body. After years of work on herself under the supervision of doctors and going through nutrition school Kelley learned to heal her body and developed Wellness by Kelley to help women do the same.
