Fred Hahn (fhahn @ slowburnfitness.com) has been involved in exercise ever since he became a member of The Charles Atlas Club when he was 10 years old. He is a certified personal trainer since 1990 at several of NYC's leading health clubs, including the Equinox and New York Health and Racquet Club.
Fred is the owner of Slow Burn Fitness, a Slow Burn personal training and rehabilitative exercise center in NYC and Montclair, NJ. Along with moms, dads, and kids, his clients include prominent businessmen/women and celebrities.
Fred, alongside Drs Michael and Mary Dan Eades, is the co-author of the New York Times bestselling book The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution: The Slow Motion Exercise That Will Change Your Body in 30 Minutes a Week. His book Strong Kids, Healthy Kids: The Revolutionary Program for Increasing Your Child's Fitness in 30 Minutes a Week teaches parents and their children how to lift weights safely and eat healthily by following a low sugar/paleo eating plan.

Dave Smith PhD (d.d.smith @ mmu.ac.uk) is a Health Care and Professions Council registered Sport and Chartered Exercise Psychologist. He is currently Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University and Associate Editor of The Sport Psychologist, which is one of the most prominent peer-reviewed sport psychology journals.
His research interests include psychological issues in bodybuilding and strength training, psychological skills training (particular imagery), and low back pain. He is a former personal trainer with a specific interest in high-intensity training, and also has interests in target and precision sports, and thought/decision making processes in sport and other contexts.

Richard Chartrand (Richard @ sustainablesuccess.ca) is a HIT trainer and the owner of Sustainable Success, a one on one strength training studio in North Grenville, Canada. William Edgar Jones is a writer and the youngest son of Arthur Jones. He has worked alongside his father in building the Nautilus and MedX empire.
Check out Williams published books Nautilus: The Lost Empire of Arthur Jones, which is a biography of his years with Nautilus, and Tales of Frozen Sleep Volume 1: The First Family, his first fictional novel.
Besides working for Nautilus and writing, William's work experience includes programming, working for a group of doctors and freelance photography for sports.

Dr. Bryce Lee (bryce[@]strength-space.com) is a former Surface Warfare Naval Officer turned Director of Therapy and Co-founder of StrengthSpace, a provider of resistance-based exercise and physical therapy services located in Chesapeake, Virginia. He is a former CrossFit and Kettlebell addict and following a string of acute and overuse training injuries, became a Body By Science devotee, and eventually began training a few private clients, mainly as a hobby.
