Jim Weber loves a challenge. When he became CEO of Brooks Running in 2001, the company was $40 million in debt. Today, the company earns over $1 billion in revenue. When he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2017, he took the prognosis head on and made a plan. Jim tells Alex about how he navigated the biggest hurdles in his career and his health, and how not dwelling on the negative has helped him succeed.
