If you’re here seeing this, you're probably feeling the overwhelming struggle of emotional eating. When you’re stressed and go to reach for that bag of chips to mindlessly eat, it quite honestly stresses you out more. Or when you are feeling sad and you grab a tub of ice cream and you are left guilty about what just happened. Or maybe you are lonely and grab a cookie and keep going back for another one, and another one, and another one… until the entire box of cookies is gone. Left feeling guilty, shameful, all the things.
Trust me I've been there, done that, all myself too! I know how draining it is to feel like your emotions and food are controlling you instead of the other way around. So, that's why I'm here to share my top 5 tips for dealing with emotional eating so that you can stop beating yourself up about it once and for all! Dive into this episode to learn what the 5 tips are and how to actually apply them to your life.
