  • Episode 56: Let’s Step Away from the Bad Vibes and the Bad People

Sonia C. is throwing around some yiddish words today! Have you ever heard of the word, ‘farbissina’? It represents a person who just gives you bad vibes and makes you doubt yourself. As empaths and sensitives, that kind of energy can really take you down. You have to, have to be super protective of your energy and recognize these people early on!

This week’s theme is about: Protect Yourself Against Bad Farbissinas

    Highlights:

    • What is a farbissina? [1:20]
    • A farbissina is like the Eeyore of the Winnie-the-Pooh. [4:50]
    • The farbissina energy is incapable of celebrating with you. [8:25]
    • There’s a lot of power in being open and talking to a farbissina about their bad vibes. Sonia T. shares what happened when she tried. [16:00]
    • The farbissina is always in her own triggered world of fears and overthinking…and it rubs off! [25:20]
    • It’s important to know who you are. How does someone get to that point? [27:00]
    • What makes a farbissina a farbissina? Sonia T. believes it’s jealousy. [33:00]
    • What are some of the famous traits of a farbissina? [41:45]
    • Tool of the Week [44:35]
    • Question of the week. [47:40]

Farbissinas can also just be people who are perpetually negative. Not only do they make you doubt yourself, but everytime they walk into a room, that room’s light goes out! Their icky presence might not necessarily be directed at you all the time, but their energy can drain an empathy’s mood and happiness right away.

Sabrina recently encountered an unintentional farbissina and it left her in a state of grossness. Their bad vibes really rained on her day. It took her some time to shake herself out of it. A farbissina is a person who just leaves a negative snail trail all around them and no matter what you do, you can’t help them out of the rain cloud they keep dragging around.

Question of the Week: Do angels and guides support you even when I’m having an angry outburst?

Tool of the Week: Don’t take the farbissina bait. Go for a walk. Take a breather.

  • Episode 55: Angels Are All Around Us with Special Guest Kyle Gray

We have a special episode this week! We have angels in the house! Kyle Gray and his mother, Diane, are joined with all three ladies to talk about our spirit guides. Kyle is an expert on angels and is an angel communicator, medium, and motivational speaker. Whenever something goes awry in the house, tap into your power and call on your angels. They will show up for you and surprise you!

This week’s theme is about: Sensing angels in the house.

    Highlights:

    • Sonia C. would always set an extra spot at the table for the angels in the house [1:20]
    • Whenever something was wrong, Sonia C. always made it a point to have the children call on their angels. [3:30]
    • A penny fell at Sonia T.’s feet when she retrieved her lost backpack (that had $2k in it and her passport) while she was on a trip to Chile. It was a sign an angel was nearby. [9:40]
    • Diane shares her angel story and the first time Kyle came up to her knowing what his purpose in life was. [15:20]
    • When Sabrina’s child was sick, she ended up seeing all the angels looking around her. [23:20]
    • Did Kyle ever have push back from his peer group that he could see angels? [24:10]
    • Sonia C. can get a little crazy when it comes to fashion attire and shoes! Us psychics love to be grounded in good shoes. [32:15]
    • Kyle talks about his book, Raise Your Vibration. [45:50]
    • Question of the week. [46:50]

Kyle’s earliest memory of knowing an angel existed was when Kyle was putting an angel on the top of the christmas tree with the help of his father. Ever since then, they were a big part of his life going forward. When he was in Sunday School, he also learned the importance of angels, but he didn’t really sense a spiritual connection with angels in the house until he was slightly older.

Sonia C. has had strangers pull her out of the street so that she wouldn’t get hit by a car in the past. She has angels constantly looking over her. Sonia T. also has travel angels. She’ll leave critical things behind like laptops, phones, and more! And she always calls on her angels to get them back. Sonia C. was exploring Chile one time, didn’t understand Spanish, and somehow she was able to get by despite losing her backpack!

Question of the Week: Growing up, my family thought hearing your intuition was the devil. How do I hone in on this ability now that I am older?

  • Episode 54: How to Turn an Obstacle into an Opportunity

All three ladies are on the call today! Sonia C. has been getting some terrible renovation noises in Paris and it seems it’ll keep carrying on for the next two years! Ouch. It’s so bad that Sonia C. has to move. The funny thing is, Sonia C. has been saying for years that she’s wanted to move and, you guessed it, the universe is finally giving her that much needed shove that she needs.

This week’s theme is about: Feeling grounded in the unknown.

    Highlights:

    • It’s time to do something different. Sonia C. is finally listening to the universe. [2:50]
    • It takes some time to fully uproot Sonia C.. She really likes her home and her space, even if there’s a pigeon infestation everywhere. [5:35]
    • The one thing Sonia C. tries to hold on to the most is home. When her life’s a big unknown adventure, you need something stable to be grounded to. [12:50]
    • The ladies know it’s time to do something different. Why is there resistance? [18:45]
    • When Sabrina finds herself in an unknown place, cooking helps keep her grounded. [24:00]
    • The challenge is to not get too enmeshed in your routines and stuck in how you ‘always’ do things. [29:45]
    • It’s easy to find joy outside of yourself and constantly chase it, but it’s incredibly important to take care of your inner self, too. [34:10]
    • Tool of the week. [38:00]
    • Question of the week. [39:50]
    • If you’re feeling fed by your routine. Keep it up! [44:40]

Not everything is perfect. Sonia C. did have a pity party for herself, but she gave herself a good 90 minutes to feel the feelings. And then, she was ready to see this challenge as an invitation. What can this teach her about life? Sabrina finds this so funny on why she procrastinated so long to move. Every apartment they've stayed in has had its glaring red flags, but for some reason when Sonia C. settles into a new space (even though it’s awful), she’ll make up every excuse to stay. This is a pattern Sabrina has witnessed over and over! Uprooting Sonia C. takes some time.

Sonia C. really believed that everyone would have to go through a great reset…except for her. She was so excited to be able to hold this space and be the cheerleader for others, so this new unexpected move really blindsided her. Sonia T. believes that when our outer world is so chaotic, we just need something stable to anchor and hold on to. Sonia C. is notorious for going on a new adventure, so it makes sense why she feels so strongly about holding on to a not-so-ideal home space when she comes back.

Question of the Week: I use different channels to connect with my guides. Is this too confusing for them? Am I overdoing it?

Tool of the Week: If you’re in a pity party, ask yourself: Why is this happening for me?

  • Episode 53: Appearances Can Be Deceiving

Sonia C. and Sabrina are broadcasting from London today while Sonia T. joins them from New Orleans. The ladies have had clients come to them who were self-conscious and comparing themselves to others. They self-doubt themselves while saying they don’t want to compete with others because they are not worthy enough. Today, they debunk this topic and talk about what comparing yourself to others does.

This week’s theme is about: How not to compare yourself to others.

    Highlights:

    • We compare ourselves to others from the outside, not the inside. [2:20]
    • Our job is not to compare with one another but to champion one another. [6:35]
    • The reason why a lot of people are so entrenched with their egos is because there is no one reflecting their spirit back to them. [9:30]
    • One way to find your confidence is to genuinely support other people and celebrate them. [10:45]
    • Our words have power. We either lift someone up or shoot them down. [14:40]
    • Jealousy is a wise emotion if we let it be. [18:05]
    • Everybody who is on social media is jealous of everyone else in social media. [24:10]
    • We need to be more interested in others rather than being interesting. [26:30]
    • We need to be real, not nice. We can be kind and gracious but we don’t need to put up appearances. [32:35]
    • Tool of the week. [38:00]
    • Question of the week. [40:10]

Comparison is the thief of joy and appearances can be deceiving. It’s vital to be mindful to not compare ourselves to other people. When we compare ourselves to others, our egos get hurt thinking we are missing something of what others have. We should not let our egos fake out our spirit because our truly intuitive spirit doesn’t compare.

When we learn that someone else’s light does not take away yours, we can celebrate one another. We all have our unique yet complementary abilities and gifts and it is important to reflect that to one another. When we do that, it helps us get into an intuitive flow, find our self confidence and encourages healing in our world.

Question of the Week: How do I connect with my spirit more?

Tool of the Week: Challenge your assumptions, they’re not true.

  • Episode 52: It’s Time to Visualize the New You

Broadcasting from London, Sonia C.’s energy has been renewed coming from Palma with her daughters and spending some time for herself. London is in full bloom and filled with daffodils, which reminds her of the day when Sonia T. was born. Sonia T. is also happy with all the positive things that the spring equinox is bringing forth for her. And this spring season also inspires their episode today of creating a new version of yourself.

This week’s theme is about: How to Reinvent Ourselves

    Highlights:

    • How would you define an old version of yourself? [2:55]
    • Old versions of ourselves keep us stuck in the past. [7:05]
    • Our new selves can be way more fun because they are just present. [10:20]
    • The self that is our spirit is not static either. It evolves and grows. [13:25]
    • What would you reclaim from your old version in order to take your spirit to the next level? [14:30]
    • Don’t assume you know anyone, even yourself. [24:20]
    • We need space to be ourselves without anyone monitoring who you are. [25:45]
    • When we invent ourselves, allow yourself to be a beginner and experiment. [27:15]
    • Tools of the week. [32:45]
    • Question of the week. [35:10]

Just like the earth where every year there is a new garden that springs, it doesn’t serve us being stuck with the old version of ourselves. There is power in reinventing ourselves and it is essential to living an intuitive life. Reinventing who we are today guides us to create anew.

Old versions of ourselves freeze our relationships, connections and keep us stuck in the past. But knowing who we are, who we want to be, and how to keep those pieces aligned is an  important part in our evolution.

Question of the Week: How do you stay grounded and embrace the chaos of the day to day as well as being able to listen and connect with your intuition?

Tools of the Week: Never assume you know anybody including yourself and surprise everybody with new parts of you.

  • Episode 51: How to Be Open to Our Angels and Guides

All three ladies are in Palma, Mallorca to celebrate Sabrina’s baby girl’s first birthday! And in this episode, they talk about angels and guides. Many of us experience them and do not know it. The ladies dive deeper into how they visit, how they are here to help you, and how to notice when they’re helping. They also talk about the difference between angels and guides and how to be open to them.

This week’s theme is about: Letting Our Angels and Guides Lead and Protect Us

    Highlights:

    • It’s not always just one guide trying to get your attention. It’s a collective that works all together. [2:40]
    • What’s the difference between an angel and a guide? [8:50]
    • We need to be open to our guides or we will be stuck in assuming. [12:00]
    • You will definitely get help from your guides but we can’t be impatient. [15:35]
    • If your guides are not coming through, there’s a better plan. [18:30]
    • We have to make space to listen to our own intuition. [19:30]
    • Being direct allows us to have honest relationships, and being honest to yourself allows a direct relationship with your guides. [23:05]
    • If you get flooded by emotion, it’s hard to tune into your guides. [26:40]
    • Tools of the week. [33:20]
    • Question of the week. [34:15]

Our spirit guides and angels are constantly working to try to connect and communicate with us. They are our behind-the-scenes team that we may often blow off and just call a lucky day. They are here to guide and protect us, but it is up to the extent of our availability on whether or not we can listen to them.

Sometimes it’s hard to be receptive to our guides because we are too rigid on what we think we want and this can cause us pain and suffering. We need to trust and allow the universe to have a greater say and be in tune with our intuition.

Question of the Week: Am I able to call upon someone else’s spirit to help them?

Tools of the Week: Ask, be available, and pay attention to the little signs

    • Tools of the week. [30:00]
    • Question of the week. [32:50]

The world is facing a big threat with what’s going on in Ukraine and we all want to do something. As conscious sensitive beings, we do have the power to override the negativity. We need to pray out loud and ask to stay grounded. We need to do a balancing act of being informed without saturating ourselves completely.

Let’s talk about emotional contagion for one moment. Did you know we can get infected by emotions? It doesn’t matter if the person is not right in front of us. We can feel this energy straight from our computers or even through the news. It rubs off on us. As empaths, we have to protect our positive and safe energy at all costs.

Question of the Week: Can you provide guidance on alternative ways I can connect through prayer?

Tools of the Week: Be determined to be in a good vibe and not let the world determine the vibe for you. Be mindful of how you interact with the world at large.

  • Episode 47: How To Take Care of Yourself As An Intuitive

Sonia T. woke up at the wrong side of the bed. She's taking it as a sign from the universe to slow down and be more grounded. It’s a cold day in New Orleans and it’s a perfect time to spend it in bed! Sonia C. shares that most empaths don’t give themselves a rest until the world knocks them back in their place. It’s always good to give yourself some time to rest.

This week’s theme is about: Self-Care Routines for Empaths and Intutives

    Highlights:

    • How do you live a more conscious and grounded life if you are an empath? [2:55]
    • Some of your relationships might have to change to take care of yourself. It shouldn’t be a one-way street. [4:15]
    • Give yourself the permission to check in on your value systems, including the value for yourself. [8:25]
    • Empaths can suffer from low self esteem. They are a good mirror for others but not for themselves. [9:20]
    • In the daily shared experience of friendships, empaths should make the decision of only surrounding themselves with those who match their good vibes. [17:10]
    • If you are in a bad mood and need space, ask for it. But to be fair, assure the other person that you will be back. [21:40]
    • It’s okay if things aren’t okay. Just because you are sensitive to energy, doesn’t mean it’s your job to control everyone else. [24:15]
    • Prioritize yourself as an act of self love. [26:05]
    • Tool of the week. [29:25]
    • Question of the week. [30:45]

Sonia C. and Sonia T. have been in one-sided relationships and they had to learn the hard way on how to prioritize themselves as an act of self-care. It’s hard being an empath when you can feel everyone’s energy so it’s important to communicate your needs and make the decision of only surrounding yourself with daily experiences that match your energy.

As intuitives, we need to know that we can’t make everyone else fess up to what they’re feeling. Everybody is going to be as conscious as they choose. Being an empath doesn’t mean it’s your responsibility to control everyone else! So take time for yourself and rest. Just because you are doing nothing, it doesn’t mean nothing is being done.

Question of the Week: How do you encourage others to step into their own intuitive power while still assisting them and how can you keep yourself from giving away your own spiritual power?

Tool of the Week: Make a list of five values that helps take care of you.
