Welcome back to the podcast everybody! Sonia C. and Sonia T. missed the podcast last week. However, there’s nothing wrong with taking a short break or a slight pause when things aren’t going your way. Sonia T. is excited to attend the Chewbacchus Parade, a Mardi Gras event that’s being hosted this weekend. She’s all rammed up and has her costume ready to go.
This week’s theme is about: Why Don’t I Get Any Intuitive Hits?
Highlights:
Sonia C. and Sonica T. get messages from listeners on why they’re not receiving any intuitive hits. They’re confused and also frustrated about what the problem might be. Sonia T. will sometimes ask them very intentional questions, only to instantly be met with ‘I don’t know’ as an answer. Well, of course the answer is always going to be ‘I don’t know’ if you never took the time to actually stop and ask your intuitive guides!
The only way to be intuitive is to get out of your head. And the only way you can do that, you have to get into your heart and spirit, and….for you to do that, you need to have fun!!! When you have fun, you’re not in your head. You see how it all connects with one another? If you’re in your head, the other pieces will not be able to unlock. Your head will not let you have fun.
Question of the Week: How can I tell the difference between someone’s true spirit vs. their ego?
Tool of the Week: Ask yourself a question and find 19 answers to it.

Unfortunately due to technical issues, Sonia C. and Sonia T. weren’t able to record an episode this week. So this week you’ll be getting a replay of an audience favorite episode which is all about how to get rid of distractions, quiet the noisy mind, and be attuned with your authentic self. Look forward to connecting with you next week!
Sonia T. took a break from everything to really disconnect from the world and get in touch with her intuitive self. She is glad she is home in New Orleans and is currently getting re-integrated into her normal routine. She’s excited for the year to come! Sonia C. approves! Sometimes you just need to take a step back from the sensory overload. Sonia C. is excited to be doing the same in the next upcoming weeks.
This week’s theme is about: Take a Break.
Highlights:
Sonia T. has almost been nagging Sonia C. to make self-care more of a priority. And, she finally listened! Sonia C. is proud to say she’s kept up a consistent yoga practice, and wow, what a difference does it make when you’re trying to stay more grounded with your intuition. Sonia C. looks forward to this time now because it gives her a chance to have the entire world go away for a full hour.
You have to create some space to fully tune in to your intuitive self. You really can’t tap into your intuition when you’re going 90 miles an hour. If everyone’s trying to grab your attention and trying to talk to you you’re just going to miss the subtleties of life and the quiet messages your spiritual guides are leaving you. Sonia T. had been experiencing spiritual burnout where even her self-care practices hadn’t been feeling good to her. This was a major sign that she needed to disconnect and slow down.
Question of the Week: Whenever I ask for a sign, I get even more confused about my path. How do I know what’s the right sign for me?
Tool of the Week: Make fun a primary value in your daily life.

Sonia C. is in London this week and she’s having a hard time keeping balance in her life. It’s easy when you work for yourself, you can work till 1am and there isn’t exactly a consequence to it! Sonia T. feels that! She is always incredibly enthusiastic on what she can achieve in a day vs. what she actually does achieve.
This week’s theme is about: Fun and Present Experiences.
Highlights:
Sonia C. knows that the path of imbalance leads to burn out. So she decided to make two commitments and promises to herself: Do a daily spiritual practice to set the tone for the day and do a daily spiritual timeout where she makes time for fun! Sonia C. has been showing up to the spiritual practice but she’s been skipping out on the spiritual timeout. Why is it so hard to have a bit of fun during the day?
Sonia T. understands the struggle. Sometimes we just ‘go through the motions’ of our morning routine without being present. And whenever we do that, we do not reap the physical and emotional rewards of the actual morning practice! Although Sonia T. knows it’s not good to compare, she sees on social media how people have a strong morning routine, and it’s very aspirational. However, on the flip side, sometimes it feels too regimented and she wonders if they’re actually even doing it because it seems so impractical and not ‘real life’.
Question of the Week: What do we do when we get a feeling something is off or wrong with someone close to us?
Tool of the Week: Put your spirit in a fun timeout. Foster joy!

Welcome to 2022 everyone! Sonia C., Sonia T., and Sabrina are all together in Sonia C.’s apartment in Paris. The ladies have decided that they’re going into 2022 with no bad vibes. It’s going to be all positive energy! Some of us might have felt a little held back by all the unexpected events that happened in 2021. So, as a fun exercise, Sonia C. wants everyone to imagine endless possibilities on what's to come for 2022.
This week’s theme is about: Re-Imagining Possibilities
Highlights:
Sonia C. wants to dive right in and talk about the power of imagination and how it really is the fuel for the life that we want to manifest. As a family tradition, Sonia C. and her daughters create omni boxes, which is an exercise in imagination. Take a box and fill it with images, words, mantras, and everything you can think of that represents what you imagine the new year to be like. This is the perfect opportunity for you to be creative!
If you really want to manifest your goals and dreams, it takes focus. This means you need to have a clean slate when it comes to reimagining the possibilities out there for you. Don’t get distracted by the negative news, and if you’re a professional worrier, it’s time to push that all out so you can focus on what’s to come! As you imagine and manifest a positive new year for yourself, remember it should also feel fun and reenergizing to you. If it doesn’t, that’s an indicator you’re on the wrong path.
Question of the Week: I have nightmares all the time. How can I have better dreams and sleep better?
Tool of the Week: Dream big and don’t do it alone.

As we’re going through a full moon and an eclipse, this can be one of the many things that can wear out an intuitive and empathic person. Sonia T. is feeling a bit tired and it’s been a bit of a struggle to practice her usual self-care rituals. Sonia C. also is feeling drained, which is why today’s topic is about how to be caring and take care of those around you while also practicing self care.
This week’s theme is about: How to balance self-care.
Highlights:
Sonia C. has really overscheduled herself. She is working on her revised version of her book, Trust Your Vibes, (which will be out in June!) on top of her regular schedule. This has caused Sonia C. to not make her self care a priority. She felt the full effects of this recently and realized she needed more naps in her life. She needs to prioritize more resets throughout her day. Sonia C. knows she’s not the only one! Empaths just have this ability to get wiped out really quickly, especially if their day gets full.
Sonia T. also has this problem where she puts way too many things on her plate and does not schedule enough breaks and resets throughout her week. By the end, she can feel completely drained. She finds herself setting herself up for failure and then falls into a cycle of feeling bad about it! Empaths have a hard time saying no, but sometimes this is what we have to do; at the expense of FOMO from all of life’s fun events.
Question of the Week: What do I do when I feel resistance when trying to be present?
Tool of the Week: Do one self-care thing for yourself, know your limits, and respect those limits.

We have all three co-hosts on today’s episode as Sabrina joins us from mommy duty. Some intuitives seem to have all the luck and get crystal clear downloads, but despite these glaring messagings coming through, sometimes we just don’t want to hear it, take action on it, and reap the benefits from it.
This week’s theme is about: Do not ignore the elephant in the room.
Highlights:
One of Sonia C’s friends has been sensing bad water in her apartment for weeks and she doesn’t want to say anything about it because she doesn’t want people to think she’s crazy. Well, Sonia C. believes you’re better off being perceived a little crazy than being dead! If you keep getting overwhelming signals, you need to stop and listen. Sonia C.’s friend just wants a little more evidence before she starts a fuss, but that’s often when it’s too late to take action!
Sabrina believes everyone gets intuitive hits in their life, but the point is what do you do with it once you get it. For so many ‘non-intuitives’, they just ignore it, and it gets them into trouble. Sonia T. agrees. Everytime she ignores her gut feeling, she gets caught in the ‘would have, should have, could have’ club. It’s a bad place to be!
Question of the Week: I hold myself back because I am not sure if my hunches are just impulses. How do I tell the difference?
Tool of the Week: Better speak up and take out that trash than keep yourself hidden in silence. Don’t lose your power.

Sonia C. spirit has been really busy. She got up at the crack of dawn and she’s a little frazzled. She decided to take two meditation sessions today to reset, and she’s glad she did. It worked. Sometimes a powerful form of meditation can also just be a secret power nap, too. Sonia T. doesn’t want you to discredit the power nap. Your angels are still working away when you’re asleep!
This week’s theme is about: Not Making Things Perfect During the Holidays
With the holiday season coming up, Sonia C. can feel the tension in the air. There’s a lot of transitions and travelling happening for people all around the world and she can feel things amping up. Sonia C. has to remind herself to stay grounded so that she can be fully immersed and appreciative of the thankful/gratefulness experience. Don’t get derailed by the intense energy that’s going on around you.
Sonia T. understands what Sonia C. means. There’s so much pressure around everyone to make this holiday season a ‘good’ thing. However, the holiday is complicated! Not only are we dealing with less light, we’re dealing with different energies as family and friends move into your space. It’s hard to focus and this extra air of ‘niceness’ can put even more stress on ourselves.
Question of the Week: I am karmically connected with my mom, who has since passed, but I don’t think I had a healthy relationship with her. How do we keep aligned with our soul tasks when we are karmically connected with someone?
Tool of the Week: Nurture yourself, love yourself, and love what you have. Also give yourself time outs if you’re feeling overwhelmed!

Sonia C. and Sonia T. are back in their respective homes this week! However, Sonia T. has an update for you on how she is so thankful for her arch angels as they really rescued her while she was traveling. Sonia T. was headed to San Diego to see her best friend when her flight ended up being delayed by 2 hours. There was something in Sonia T.’s gut telling her that this wasn’t going to be the only hiccup with this flight. Instead of waiting, she decided to book a flight home to New Orleans instead. Guess what! Her intuition was right. Not only was that San Diego flight cancelled, they rescheduled her flight for another 24 hours later.
This week’s theme is about: Got a vibe? Don’t second guess it.
Of course, it’s not always as easy as making a decision like that. Sonia T’s spirit was saying no, but her heart and head was saying yes. She wanted to go see her best friend and she didn’t want to let her down by not going on this flight. She was trying to fight against the tide, and had she listened, she would have been stranded for an additional day at the airport.
Even the day before her flight, Sonia T. was so confused as to why she didn’t feel excited about going. She thought maybe it was because she was tired and traveling too much. No. There was actually something deeper in there that she had to pay attention to. The moment Sonia C. saw the delayed notification, and because she was a little more detached from the situation, she saw there was a bigger sign ahead for Sonia T. and warned her.
Question of the Week: How can I feel safe in an unsafe city?
Tool of the Week: Dance in the fire. You might look crazy and it might not make sense, but your intuition knows something you haven’t seen yet.

Sonia C. and Sonia T. are in Sedona, Arizona! Sonia C. had to travel 20+ hours from Paris to visit the United States and Sonia T. also just recently came back from Paris. When they both got to Arizona, they were absolutely exhausted. Due to the time change, Sonia C. has been waking up at 4am and, because Sonia T. is sharing a bedroom with her, it's been annoying Sonia T. Both of the ladies are having trouble getting on a normal routine.
This week’s theme is about: Being Present.
Both Sonia C. and Sonia T. are very energetically-sensitive people. So, they can tell when one person can not sit still or if they're being restless. Sonia C. tried to unwind before their afternoon hike, and she just couldn't get into the space of 'being present'. This had a negative cascading effect on Sonia T. because she feeds off the energy of others around her. In the end, the ladies had to spend some alone time away from each other to avoid having a big blow up!
The problem with empaths is that both Sonia C. and Sonia T. are trying to take care of each other, but neither one of them is ''seeing it' or 'feeling it' because they're tired. This causes frustration. The best way to maintain peace and harmony is to often walk away and breathe. If this happens in your space, remember to not feel personally offended by someone trying to temporarily distance themselves from you, sometimes it's just the best way to gain clarity, calmness, and perspective.
Question of the Week: My job is terrible, I feel trapped, what can I do?
Tool of the Week: Don't just take a breath and 'be present'. Make it intentional, take a few minutes to unwind, and step away from people if you have to to get in that headspace.
