George couldn’t get away from work to join the team this week.. Leaving the Denyers at the helm. Scary! If Grant no longer worked in Television, what would he do?? This is a question he has pondered a lot. Why, he would want to be the Captain of a very large yacht off the Mediterranean Coast of course! And his favourite TV show combines both his love of entertainment via the TV medium AND big big BIG yachts! Grant has been obsessed with the show 'Below Deck’ for many years now, making Chezzi watch all the episodes with him.. and this week they are joined by Hannah Ferrier who starred on the show through many seasons. Both Grant and Chezzi loved Hannah on the show and ask some really nitty gritty questions about behind the scenes. Hannah has worked or ‘survived’ some truly impressive (scary) situations and doesn’t mind baring all! In typical Denyer style, the chat takes a hard right turn and Hannah and the Denyers get deep for a bit before bringing it back with some laughs and their well known touch of reality. Even if you’ve never heard of the show you will want to tune in to this episode!

Grant has made it back to the "IT’S ALL TRUE?" studio after his adventurous time in LA/Mexico and boy oh boy does he have some ripper stories to share. Coincidentally actor, podcaster, comedian, host and writer, Ash Williams was there too, so the team caught up with him to learn some UNBELIEVABLE facts about the great man. In classic IAT fashion the script isn’t followed and they end up discussing ball sacks, hickies, fetishes AND a Xmas present just for you!

This episode Grant joins the podcast all the way from Hollywood as the team tackle a big topic - Perinatal Mental Health. The Denyers’ get honest and upfront about their own story and experience with postnatal anxiety leaving them quite emotional. Meanwhile, Letitia joins them to share her experience of postnatal psychosis leaving the team feeling more needs to be done in this space. They also speak with Arabella from The Gidget Foundation about the signs to look out for, plus some advice on navigating the world of parenthood. The Gidget Foundation is doing fantastic work in this perinatal mental health space and It’s All True? podcast is proud to support the foundation and its causes. For the SECOND time (cos she's amazing) the team catch up with Jana Firestone who has a brand new podcast called "The Days that Follow" which is about Grief and how it's a universal experience. We get very deep and meaningful but sprinkle this episode with topics surrounding a seedy mo, a broadway bound Denyer, grinding a human pole and a fantastic fishing story! Enjoy, Lovers x

Grant, Chezzi & George go astral travelling… well sort of, with the help of Greg Doyle who’s an avid Astral Traveller. This is our very first segment of "It’s Unbelievable" and Greg’s story is truely astonishing - if you have an unbelievable story, DM the guys! In classic IAT fashion the team also discuss choking, coughing and a world where "the deed" is plentiful. Wholesome as always. Enjoy the show lovers!

For nearly nine years the Denyers have met every January with Professional Psychic Flavia Ursino, and she has given them guidance about jobs, careers, health problems plus she has predicted (sometimes before the Denyers were even contemplating) their growing family… and so much more! This week they decide to get her on the podcast to discuss what she does and how she does it.. They then ask her to give George a little reading… leaving him feeling very upbeat and positive about the near future.. But what did she tell him? You’ll need to tune in to hear more..

The team has managed to track down Sue Fennessy - Founder of WeAre8 - The new social media app designed for good.. and she joins them from the UK for an eye opening chat about social media and its effect on the world and future generations. Sue shares her very unique story from humble beginnings to running a major tech company abroad.. and how she manages it all while still being a Mum and a wife.. Sue’s vision is to change the social media landscape and to create an online world that’s free from hate while also helping the environment and making real social change. Then in a change of pace, Chezzi calls friend Ben Dessen from Kellyville Pets to ask some questions about their new pet bird Squiggles and they have a good laugh about why kids need pets in their lives. An informative and fun episode.

George has had a very late night… and Grant teases he’s still drunk to which George reveals his dedication to his new fitness regime. Grant and Chezzi were interviewed this week by friend Glenn Marsden who founded the Imperfectly Perfect campaign and they wanted to continue the discussion so invited him on IAT. Glenn’s passion for helping people is incredible and infectious, but, during the chat he reveals that it hasn’t been easy for him.. The chat leaves everyone reflecting on their own journeys to self improvement.. As usual a few laughs mixed in with full throttle emotions. An episode not to be missed.
