Dr. Stephanie Estima is an expert in female metabolism and body composition. She is a doctor of chiropractic with a special interest in functional neurology, brain metabolism, and female physiology. “I am suffering from congested skin, there are bumps and I am breaking out. I also have adrenal fatigue...I am exhausted, I have digestive issues, lots of gas and bloating, as well as constipation. I am a hot mess! I know it is a lot to ask, but do you have any recommendations?”
