Comp coaching, like strength training, is different for all individuals. Coaching a lifter to the platform considers many aspects to ensure they are ready for the day such as;

🖤 What gear do they need/use and when to introduce
🖤 Learning and understanding comp calls
On the day the focus shifts to getting your lifer the best possible outcome on the platform and handling their needs, expectations and outcomes. Ensuring their attempts are ready and a strategy to pivot is set. From there it's all about keeping your lifter on task and making sure they enjoy the day!
